So I made the appointment with Michael, he came in, asked a few basic questions regarding the above and if the dryer was working prior to me picking it up, I presumed it was, this lady was a local realtor (standup person) - so anyway, Michael spun the drum and suggested something was obstructing the drum, he removed the lent basket, reached inside with some channel locks and pulled out a sock that got stuck between the drum and another detail.
