We got our quartz countertops and herringbone subway tile backsplash from Assured. I will start by saying that working with Amber was an absolute PLEASURE and she helped us with not only deciding on countertops but also with the entire LOOK of the kitchen. She recommended we paint the walls "agreeable gray" and gave us tips and advice on how all the colors would work together. Talk to Amber, she's a star. Now....... about installation. Countertops went fine. Then there was the backsplash. First they told us one day. Then two. Then it turned into 6 FULL DAYS. We never felt like a priority. Adam (the quality assurance guy) helped us get what we needed done, but before that we got the run around from everyone else. Unacceptable for the amount of money we were spending on this. We had to PULL info out of the people who were supposed to be communicating with us. Now that it's all said and done, I'm thrilled with how it turned out. Would I recommend assured to a friend? Honestly unsure. The end product is great but was the hellish process worth it? Not sure. read more

Hillary was amazing to work with on our new home. She did a great job of helping me choose things to stay within my budget. Hillary was very patient with me as I made very important decisions. She was very knowledgeable on their products from her experience. She was very personable and excited about my selections and the final outcome. Hillary was always flexible with her times to meet with me and very prepared with my plans and prior selections ready to go when I walked in the door. I never felt rushed or pressured when selecting things for the house. Hillary was prompt to get quotes to my builder. I worked with Alana and Ryan over at the Perkin's location. They both were extremely helpful though the whole process! Their prices were excellent and the installers were faster and professional. They were there on time and did a beautiful job at installing the counter top. I have worked with several "big name" home improvement stores in the past for my counter top needs, however after the wonderful experience I had with Assured Floor, I will always be using Assured Flooring instead. Their prices were better, they were much easier to deal with and they did a better job installing the counter top. I will most definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Assured Flooring. read more

Hired this company for a bathroom remodel. Work could not be completed within our contractors time frames despite repeated promises from Jesse and multiple extensions. When we tried to pay him for the portion he completed and hire another company to finish his work in order to keep all other contractors on schedule, we were threatened with a lean on our house. In addition he and his partner sent multiple emails with legal threats and derogatory statements. Very unprofessional. read more
