Avoid these people at all costs, they are dishonest (both in person and over the phone) and also charge double what other facilities do if you're not covered.

Instead of approaching the situation with patience or understanding, the doctor said, "If you can't control your child, I don't have time." Let me be clear: 1. My daughter has special needs, and regulating a child like her takes time and skill--not impatience and judgment. 2. I was on Ozempic and it was covered before but they took me off of it because Linda Baker didn't prescribe it to her patients. I was told I doubt they'd cover it because you don't have any comorbidities, diabetes is a comorbidity! Then because of their lack of concern and care I had to go to the ER to get insulin when my bs went up to 420. Thankfully the amazing people at Albuquerque ER took great care of me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible care and lack of concern for someone in a diabetic crisis. You lost two patients today me and my daughter.

I came here for an MRI. I had about a 20 minute wait despite arriving on time and had to a fill out…read morea few forms. Before an MRI, you'll visit a room with lockers where you stash your gear and lock it up with a key. Then the MRI is done and the staff will ask you what station you want to listen to. Over the loud machine, I couldn't hear my music, so I essentially had to lose myself in my thoughts and lie bored for about 25 minutes. If possible, request that the music in your headphones be turned up before the procedure.
