If there was a better than 5 stars I would choose it. Our car engine blew, every shop is saying a minimum $10k fix, luckily we know someone who was willing to help if we could secure an engine. Well after looking all over eBay and Facebook marketplace and every search engine online we couldn't find anything very reasonable. My fiancé found an engine on this website and it only had like 68k miles and for $2,100 with free shipping and no surprise fees. you always get pretty scared making a purchase through a website and so I was nervous, but their customer service was amazing. When the engine got here there was a slight issue with it and here I am freaking out again, oh no, I am F'd. I contacted them about it and not only did they make me feel better they helped our life so much. They told us go ahead and keep the engine for spare parts if we need them (WOW) and they sent an even newer engine FOR FREE and covered the shipping. I mean in this day and age getting honest and charitable business handling on such a major purchase just felt like a miracle from God to be completely honest. Not them. Let me explain. I have a repair shop and ordered a motor from them . The sales rep. Eric handled the call. 3 days to get motor and on invoice says checked and tested motor 90 day warranty. Installed motor found to be a bad motor. Leaking coolant internally. Contacted Eric 2 days after motor received to informed him motor was bad and need another one. Eric informed me they do not have one and they are not paying the price difference to get another one to me. This was not acceptable since motor was under warranty and never even ran. So another sales rep. called George took over the case and after much back and forth ordered a second engine from another facility. They delivered motor and it's the wrong year and they refuse to get the correct motor . I have asked to talk with the owner of the facility I get the run around from the operator that claims she is a manager .Mr. owner of Astro auto Parts Dismantling this is how you run your business? People this is not the place to get your parts from if you have a repair shop. Well for me next stop is court and I will take them with me. Be aware scam business I ask for PROOF on MILEAGE for over 10 days after my purchase a friend of mine bought the same engine online they also toll him 25k miles we both paid $2200. Still waiting on intake manifold for over a week and still no response. I need a full refund my car still not running I won't install this engine. a week ago my father needed me to take a photo of a tire for him to look for while he was busy doing something else and when I went ahead and showed an employee the photo for him to write up he knew I took a picture of the wrong tires and he was very cool about it and patient too and Immediately went back to get the right pictures and I was then able to do what my father wanted me to do and didn't complicate things for him. my car motor went out and it was replace with your product, it was put in within a couple of days. on May 23rd or 24th, it was completed, the motor bought started right up, sound quiet and got me back in the road. I only drove the car about two days and June 4th the car started jerking, the speed slowed down and wouldn't let me go over 30mph.
