What a scam. Don't have your car worked on here…read more The radiator in our second car (an older sedan) recently sprung a leak and left my wife stranded on the freeway. It ended up at Pep Boys 'cause that's where the tow company provided by our insurance company's roadside assistance dropped it off. She authorized them to diagnose it, but didn't agree to any work until she could check with me, and it's a good thing she didn't. When I got home later and went down and see what was up with the car they said it needed a new radiator. I was unsurprised at this, as her description of what went wrong with the car led me to believe it was likely a coolant leak of some sort. At least they were honest about that much. Then they showed me the quote to replace it. It was over $700 dollars, and included such gems in the detailed estimate as $82 for "radiator drain and fill pkg", 'cause apparently the $312 to "remove & replace radiator" doesn't include draining and filling? They wanted to charge me $223 for a radiator. I got a new OEM radiator for $95. $24 radiator cap? $16 at O'Reilly's. And then there's the extra $53 for "limited extended labor warranty", 'cause apparently they won't stand by their work unless they can gouge you for it first. I said f*** that noise, paid them their $50 diagnostic fee, and drove it home. I'm, a non-pro, shade tree mechanic doing the work in my driveway, and did the job in less than 2 hours (A job that would probably take a pro an hour or less.) for a little over $100 in parts. I don't see how that's $700+ worth of work. I shudder to think how many people who know nothing about their cars are getting scammed by this shop.

I ordered them the day same and gave them my make and model and it was easy peasy they also scheduled me for a service perfect so I planned my life around this service. I called the day before to see if they had my tires in stock the first call I was on hold for 30 min I hung up and called back later and was answered by a female and she was quick with the info. So many of my coworkers said I shouldn't go through Walmart and now I know why. I showed up to my appointment only to find out the wrong tires were ordered and what really upsets me is they kept pointing fingers like I ordered them wrong mind you I came in for a service showed up to the department ordered them in the store with a "tire expert" three days in advance only to find out that I can't get my service done today. Then they were going to order my tires for another three day wait and then have to schedule the service. Why didn't anyone verify the tire size when I ordered them in store, and this has now become a waste of time. And to make things worse they offered to do a refund in cash and the register guy cancelled my order on his end and it refunded back to the original card with out my consent. This other guy who was helping him kept asking me if I cancelled the order. Customer service sucks I'll do never this again

This place is an absolute joke! My son chose this shop for a front end replacement on his car…read morethrough his insurance company (State Farm) his vehicle went into Auto Haus on May 2. After 3 months his car was still in the shop so my son started pressing the issue because he needed his car back. Once he finally got his car back he noticed it was overheating and I had a leak. He took the car immediately back to Auto Haus and advised the shop owner Vic. Once he looked under the car he noticed that there was a crack in his oil pan, bumper clips were all broken, right passenger fender mount was being held on by a screw, and his cross member and control arm were both damaged still from the accident and fan was not working. He fixed the oil pan and the fan; however, the rest of the issues have yet to be resolved. My son has car in his possession because he's not comfortable taking his car back to this shop because he never properly fixed it in the first place. Auto Haus repaired everything cosmetic but fixed nothing under the hood and under the car even tho all those repairs were included in the invoice. He advised State Farm of the issue and State Farm contacted Vic from Auto Haus and told him to cur him a check to get the car fixed somewhere else or they would flag him with the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say Vic decided to cut My Son a check. When Vic was pressed about the crappy job he did he got defensive and had a list of reasons on why he did a crappy job. Beware of this this shop,
