Went here for a birthday party and even though the service was super slow, we had a decent experience. Our three year old liked bowling, laser tag, and the games. We had purchased credits to play more arcade games but decided to save them for another time since it was getting late and the crowd was on the older side. We came back the next weekend in hopes of eating and playing games but were quickly turned off by numerous games not functioning properly. I went up to the desk at least twice requesting credits for several different games. If this happens... repair them? Put a sign on them? Something. Don't go here - my husband and I came in at 2 on a Saturday afternoon - just wanted to play some billiards and bowling - when we got there they said it would be about an hour wait for an lane - which was fine we put our name on the wait list. They only have three billiard tables so we were lucky to snag one of those and was told there were waitresses. There was one waitress who was clearly overworked and won't make eye contact. The tables around us were dirty and disgusting and stayed that way the entire time we were there. My husband went up to the bar and waited awhile and was completely ignored. After playing billiards for over an hour and seeing lots of empty bowling lanes we checked in with the front desk and was told again it was an hour wait. Not sure what the problem is at this place: not enough staff? Poor management? At that point we demanded a refund as we had invested in a full-day wrist band that they couldn't honor at this point. The front desk even agreed with us and provided the refund. Kind of a waste of time . Go somewhere else. read more

Overly priced and horrible service. Almost every food machine was out of order as well as several games. I asked how to get help at the ice cream scoop register and was told we had to sit at a table. We waited to be seated for over 15min until I stopped someone to ask for a seat. Then it took them 50min to bring our food and was told that 3 out of the four things we ordered was out, so we waited another 30 min for the replacement, which was just fries and mac and cheese. They forgot the silverware to eat the mac and cheese so by the time we tracked someone down to get a spoon, the mac and cheese was already cold. It seems like the bar had better service than anything else, so if you want to go there for drinks, maybe it's fine, but not for family food or games. read more

Went there for a family Christmas party and was very disappointed. We were told food would be at 5 PM, then when we got there was told it would be at 7. The staff did a great job at getting the food out in time, and did give us a couple pizzas to hold the kids over so I am happy about that. Many of the games did not work with our game cards, and we were there until 8 but the cards couldn't be used after7, so most were able to bowl while the rest of us stood around. Friends and I were looking for a nice post-dinner spot to chill. I didn't expect it to be busy since we came around 9pm and didn't leave until closing (on a Wednesday night too!!). We dug into some killer nachos and spinach artichoke dip - perfect munchies. Seriously, those nachos were stacked, and the dip was so creamy and delicious. it vanished in seconds. Would definitely recommend! We mainly spend our time bowling but if that isn't your thing there are plenty of other activities to do! They have a wide range of arcade games, billiards to laser tag. My brother decided to treat the family to an Xmas present and invited us here. When we arrived the place appeared clean and organized but there was very little direction. We accidentally sat in an a seating area to later discover there were no waiters to serve that side. Low manpower. We used our restaurant street senses and relocated to the area closer to the bowling lanes. Food quality was good as we got wings, burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches. Pretty delicious. SERVICE eventually went down to one server for the entire floor. One bartender for the entire bar. It was really long wait times to get anything. Games exciting. Food was delicious. Quality of food isn't very good. Felt like I was at chucke cheeses. Fine for children but not adults. Bowling alley is so noisy and all the screens distract the people trying to bowl!!! Yikes. We visited this Main Event while visiting our friend who lives near Aurora, and it was so disappointing compared to others we've been to. The biggest red flag was the fact that the bathrooms were located down a very dark hallway with very little signage. I literally felt like I was in a horror movie as I tried to find them. And they were disgusting and in need of major cleaning and probably plumbing help. Several of the machines were broken and unplayable without any signage, which seems like a hazard for a place meant for kids' birthday parties. We had at least three machines take our credits without working. The ski ball machines were missing the balls but would take your credits. So would some of the other games that required throwing balls at objects to earn tickets/tokens. The air hockey table would not return the puck on one of the sides. We were able to get it unstuck by sliding a pen in the return, but sometimes that would trigger the scoring system. Listen, I'm aware that this is meant to be more for kids, but sometimes it's fun to be nostalgic and play games that we played in our childhood. I would NOT host a child's birthday party here. Also, several kiosks to purchase credits and see your tokens were broken. Overall, extremely disappointing. read more

First time visiting and sadly, also my last. Came in a Friday night with a few adults, one teen and two smaller kids and we had a hard time finding a table to accommodate us. When we walked in there were only high tables and had to ask two different servers where a regular table was and they just pointed in the direction. We had to put two tables together to accommodate our group which we had no mind doing. The waitress was nice but seemed kind of new so wasn't sure about some things when we asked questions. There were frozen drinks listed on their menu but she said their ice machine doesn't work that well so they didn't offer frozen drinks, but yet they did offer regular slushies. Food was not great. Nacho cheese was comparable to great value cheese (the shredded kind melted) and the chicken did not seem fresh on anything. Drinks were pretty good though, I had a strawberry marg. Majority of the machines at this place are very old and didn't work. There's no cash options so we bought a card for games and swiped at each game, which we like a lot better. But the problem was some of the games were broken and they'd take our swipe but not allow us to play. We tried three diff times before being able to use the air hockey tables too, which sucked because they cost a lot of points. I honestly felt like I wasted a lot of money because of this. Pretty clear this is just a teen spot on the weekends/week nights because a lot of teens showed up a bit before we left. Way too expensive for what this place offers. Def don't recommend. PS. My experience was so much less than desired - and expected. I arrived on a less-than-hectic Saturday in march. Immediately I had concerns. For one, it was right in the middle of march madness. NONE of the TVs in the bar had on any games - only the pregame footage. I asked the manager to turn to the Duke game. I was flabbergasted when they said they couldn't turn to it because their multimedia remote was broken. On top of that, three people from my party hit up the bar. The bartender was nowhere to be found! I noticed others waiting as well. They said they had been waiting for well over ten minutes. My sister and I ended up going across the street to target and grabbing two bottles and bringing them back to share. The bar was virtually inoperable. Yet another issue is, I placed my order for the bowling alley at 2:45p. I was told it'd be 1-2.5 hours. My party noticed large gaps of inactive lanes - 30-minute gaps. I didn't receive a text until 7:47p when I was already back home! Absolutely madness! The ONLY reason I'm leaving 2-stars instead of 1 is that no matter what food we ordered, everything came out within 15 minutes. Also, we got the kids 300-point game cards for $50 (the average arcade game is 7 points). Those cards lasted those kids forever! They had a blast! read more

On Saturday May 17 We made it to main event at about 4:30 ish and purchased the all day unlimited passes for the kids so that they could do all of the activities multiple times until we were ready to leave. We hear over the speaker that they will be closing early at 8 for a private party. When we bought our passes no one mentioned anything to us about them closing early there were no signs out of anything. They literally ripped us off because mind you they have to wait until each attraction starts before they can do them and some had wait times. The cashier refused to give me any of my money back or get a manager for me to speak with. I'm never going back to this location again. read more

Second time visiting ME in Warrenville. It's just ok, long story short. We made reservations online, super easy btw. Get there a few mins before our lane time, some nice kid checked us in. Got to the lane, and started bowling. I'm not a professional at all, but the floor was so dirty you couldn't even try to slide your foot a little. It's part of bowling, the foot slide. Sticky floors, not only at the foul line, but the tables and seats where you wait your turn. Dirty, grimey ass floors that haven't been mopped in what seems like a decade. Some people starting bowling next to us, and I could hear the ball return grinding like something was stuck inside. You would think it'd be a nicer experience for $40 some dollars, nope. Quite some time ago, I held a birthday party here for a child. I thought it was disorganized, too rushed and not worth the price that was paid years later I go with a group and it was the same thing. The food was ice cold none of the games gave out tickets half of the games weren't working we were supposed to get two games of bowling. We didn't even get to finish one and the bathrooms were flooding. The other bathrooms that did work, none of the soap dispensers worked, so I guess everyone is walking around not washing their hands after going to the washroom which is delicious, Don't you think? I don't even know how this place is still in business. The floors are than stickier than anything. Like literally to the point if you stand there, you get stuck there and you can't move ! It's just disgusting. We couldn't even bowl there were about 12 kids or more that kept coming into our lane while all the parents sat there giggling and laughing, not teaching them proper etiquette that other people are here as well. Wow what a nice huge place to bring your friends and family for some good time. We came here with our friends and their kids and nephews on Monday because they have a special going on. It is so convenient because you get to play 3 different games for less than 12 dollars per person bowling and games. The food there looks so delicious and also the drinks we end up just getting pizza by the slice and drinks because we were going out for dinner after that but trust me the food looks amazing. What surprised me here is the that they have TOO MANY young employees doing nothing just sitting by the pizza place and NOT working I think is a waste of money or out the young kids to WORK validate that they will be getting a check for sitting down and not producing. read more

I came here on a Saturday Night to celebrate one of my Yelpers Birthday. I walked into a mass of people standing around in the lobby. This place is insane on the weekends. I was happy to see security at the front entrance. I'm not going to lie I was a bit hesitant about this place. But it turned out nice and I had a ball playing laser tag. Just imagine a bunch of adults running around screaming and laughing. The package that she had for her party was amazing. The buffet spread was set up so nice and the food was good. It was all you can get from 8PM until 10PM it was way more than enough samples of food. We were even giving a $10.00 Game Card to play games after laser tag. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had plenty of food, utensils and beverage in our section. The package even included a game of bowling. It is pretty nosy and a lot of people of all ages walking and running around this place. Its a nice place to come out and have fun with the family or your friends. read more

Very frustrating experience. First arrived and had to wait 15 plus minutes to purchase cards which was due to one person working the desk while several workers behind her stood there and talked. Once we received our cards, I had to go back 5 times before I had a card that would work. Lastly I ordered an ice cream, and again the lady who rang up our order made a large ice cream sundae by herself while several other kitchen workers watched her. read more

We tried to play one of the VR games and then staff walked up and said it did not work.
