If it's a bright room and you're having all of these fire tricks going on it's not a big wow factor. I've never had a metallic taste happen in this restaurant, nothing is wrapped in tinfoil, and I've been coming here since I moved here in 2010. Now you can sometimes get overcooked food here if the chef is overworked, but as long as you talk to them and tell them that it is overcooked they'll remake it for you. Or they'll take it off your check. Everyone here is easy going even on a super busy day. I've never had attitude from anybody. Also they don't use a bunch of sauce to Overcoat your food with flavor. A lot of other places will just load it up with teriyaki sauce and the other sauce that I can't think of the name of but the reason why they do that is because the food isn't fresh here the food is fresh. They use fresh ingredients. I've been to other Hibachi places where in their vegetables they add corn and green beans which ruins the whole flavor and then when they're cooking on the grill they add jarred garlic which is a whole different flavor that doesn't mix with the Hibachi experience.
