Being I was too tired to drive to my usual smoke shop in Richardson I decided to give this place a try. For my first experience I have to say it went well! The guy working tonight was friendly and told me about the sales they were having this week. The layout of the store was clean cut and there were plenty of products. I had a really bad experience at this shop. Shop at this store at your own risk; as they do not stand by any of their products. Where as most other smoke shops in the area do. I want to try and be as accurate and fair as possible so I will bring both the reasoning I believe they were wrong, as well as the shop owners reasoning and let you all judge for yourself. Here is what happened to me: Last Wednesday (prev thought it was Thursday but checked my cc statement and it was in fact Wednesday), I purchased a Puff (Lechi Ice) disposable vape pen at this store. I put it in a drawer until I needed it this morning. I pulled it out, opened it up and found the taste to be very off. I am familiar with what it should taste like as I have been smoking this brand/flavor for some time now. Given the amount of counterfeit vape pens in the market today, and the health issues surrounding vaping I thought it due diligence to report this back to the store for them to investigate and as a courtesy provide me with a different brand replacement. The response I got from the employee was that all sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges ,as he pointed to the sign. I was very upset and so was the employee it seems arguing over the meaning of no exchanges no refunds, etc. I tried to explain that I understood that to mean for reasons other that a product default. It got very heated and we both became very irate with each other . I'm not sure who threw the first barb but none the less although I feel I acted improperly and returned to the store later to apologize, I do not believe his behavior was very professional. IMHO he should have remained calm and offered to take my number for the owner call me. This was not his approach, until all the yelling was done. I would encourage the owner to watch the video and judge for himself. When I did return to apologize the owner walked in and I presented my issue to him as I understood the employee was just following instructions, and the end of the day it's the owners decision. The owner felt they were not responsible for faulty vape pens and because others in the past have played games to scam for a free pen, he really had no way of knowing when people where telling the truth and not. Also he said that if there is an issue I need to contact the manufacturer (in china) not the store it was bought at. First he said all his boxes are marked, I said I could bring proof that I purchased it there in the form of a receipt and the marked box he sold it in. He replied that others have purchased one at his store and another somewhere else; then after finishing one, put it in the box and try to get a free one by saying it was not working... I responded with how he could tell mine was full by weighing it... and comparing... So I understood his main three points as this: 1. He is not responsible for items in his shop; it is up to the customer to fully check before making the purchase and leaving; 2. He has been scammed before so he has no way of knowing if I'm trying to scam him or not; 3. He has sold many of that same flavor in that batch of boxes and no one else has brought this issue to his attention. But in other flavors he has had a couple of issues. Here are my points; 1. I believe the shop owner does bear a measure of responsibility over what he sells in his shop. These are items that he has purchased either with cash or credit, and as such they are not the manufacturers anymore, they are his. As a business he bears a measure of responsibility to ensure his products do not affect the safety of those who purchase his products (as much as reasonably possible). 2. I felt the employee did not act professional in his handling of this and encourage the owner to watch the video feed. 3. I made it clear that although I was originally looking for a replacement at this point I could care less over the 10 bucks; I just want them to acknowledge accountability and recognize their responsibility to investigate, etc. We could be talking about a health issue. read more

I was sold a fake Cloud pen here for more than $100. It stopped working in less than a week. When I confirmed that my item was fake, I had a Cloud company representative call the owner of the shop to explain why their merchandise was not genuine. The store owner was unwilling to do anything for me. Not a refund, replacement, or even an apology. I am pretty sure more of their merchandise are not the real brands; they're very very pricey knock offs. Staff were nice and helpful; they were/are probably not aware of what their boss is doing. read more

Owner was extremely rude, wouldn't accept that my problem was real even though I proved to him it was, I wasn't coming in to return my product or even exchange it I just wanted an explanation on what was going on, called me a liar multiple times and was just close minded about everything. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend you go to this shop. Find another smoke shop, everyone that works in here including the owner, does not care about the customer experience. You would get better customer service in a police evidence locker in response to the owner who replied to me : i came in about 9 months ago bought a battery for my vape cart, i came in to return the battery after it wasn't working and wouldn't burn my vape, after telling you what happened, you essentially told me that i was lying even though it would make no sense more me to lie? why would i want to return a product that worked? i have no clue who travis is and had no association with him. this is the only review i left because the service was that poor that i felt it warranted a bad review. sorry not deleting or changing. new update: owner deleted his previous comment claiming i was some former disgruntled employee further proving my point read more

I told him exactly what I was looking for when I went in, he attempted to sell me a glass item I don't want. This is 2nd time this happened and kept tying to spin it so I'd choose the item..I had to tell him 8x I dont want glass! .... I also wanted some fuzzy pipe cleaners & he proceed to pick out the most expensive brand in my bag without notice --not the one I pointed at! Great place, I like to collect pipes and come here every week to buy new ones for my *cough cough* TOBACCO. The guys are pretty chill and don't try and push you to buy the most expensive WATERPIPE behind the glass. I'm a regular but every time they keep asking for my ID (come on dude I have a beard). It's a good place to go if you need to buy some rolling papers, lighters, pipes screens and all that, but they lack a lot of cool stuff other smoke shops have like High Times Magazine, music posters etc. read more

It was an awesome store for a while . I've spent hundreds on hundreds of dollers here just to be treated like shit from the so called manager "Steve". Very rude guy. Kicked me out of store for asking how many thefts do they have in this area, because the store location is in a bad part of town. He said I was suspect and kicked me out as he talked shit from behind the counter all the way until I was 20yards away from the store. This guy should be fired. Not a way to run business. The threats were uncalled for too. He said I was talking about drugs.. But that's what you use those glass pieces for... Never once did I say a drug name or anything guy was a total prick. Don't go to this place unless you want to get assaulted!! Me and a friend stopped by last night because it was a new place to us and we wanted to check it out, we walked in and were asked for id, we forgot them so we decided to leave, as we were leaving my friend was saying something to me and the worker thought that there was an insult directed towards him, so he came out after we left, came up behind me and hit me in the back of the head and then proceeded to choke my friend over the back of a pickup truck. after being dared to leave the place with a e cig by an employee i promptly set it down and tried to leave. the maniac working there waited until i passed him when he grabbed me from behind by the throat, dragged me to the ground and started to beat me. i am disabled and was at his mercy, and he had none. when he pulled me outside there were police in the parking lot. he told them i had a knife on him and the police continued the beating without asking me anything. the only thing i had was some vape juice that i bought there. i was charged with armed robbery and after 15,000 in legal fees the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. never ever go to this place. read more
