Where do I start! I've been coming here since I started my job as of July 2021 and the entire staff has always been welcoming! Any and every time I come the employees always make me feel special by recognizing me and greeting me. But man oh man do I have the most memorable moments with Bailey! She really is amazing and so helpful! She knows her stuff and she is very confident within her workspace. Anytime I come she is front and center ready to help you. I came in today and she helped me find a new juice that when I tried I LOVED! It's always an amazing experience when she is there. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. The glass house on Frankford wouldn't be what it is today without her and I couldn't be more thankful for Bailey and her AMAZING customer service. She needs a raise and next time I'm in i hope I hear she did. read more

I've been living in Richardson for 20 years I started coming to this place two years ago and I will never choose another shop again. First of all these guys have everything. And they make sure to keep high-quality companies always in stock. I've worked a lot in HR and I can tell you these people definitely have a good system. They always seem to hire the most friendly and knowledgeable employees. Sometimes businesses are unable to provide product warranty on certain products, especially in Texas. However, they gave me great advice and recommendations on what to do in the event the product was in fact dysfunctional. Overall the shop is everything you can ask for in Dallas and I don't see why anyone would live less than five stars because I've met almost all their employees by now and it was great. read more

Absolutely appalled!!! The tall employee with gauges and tattoos threatened me and was extremely rude when I walked into the store and bumped into him in the doorway as he was exiting. Employees need more training, I was charged for something I didn't even receive in the bag and employee on site was no help. His 2 cents was for me to show up another time when the other guy who I had purchased the items from shows up. Wow as if I have that much free time on my hands he could have at least reached out to someone in charge or the very employee who handles my transaction. I went there, because they had signage in the window advertising CBD oil products and I am interested in getting some for my mother...didn't buy any yet, but they had Charlotte's Web and some local brand called Green Lotus? Purchased a $200.00. plus vape from them. Salesperson was pleasant and very helpful. Overall a nice experience. Got home and it didn't work. Came by the next day to a whole different experience!!! First I was abruptly told I needed my drivers license (I'm 60 plus). I explained that I need to exchange the device and was abruptly told they wouldn't do it! Thats when I lost it! Had what might have been the "manager" come out and treat me like an 8 year old. They did with reluctance exchange a bad battery which still not sure the vap will work. The worst service I ever had, bought a battery pack from them for $33 and when I plugged it in to charge, smoke was coming out of it, brought it back for a different one, the second one they gave me looks like it's charging but didn't hold any charge, brought it back to them and they said I have to go through the warranty to get a new one instead of giving me my refund or give me a new one, at this point I don't even want a new one from them, left the battery pack with for them to continue to scam other people. read more

Great glass shop. I've used this location a few times over the years. But I have been very curious about the growing CBD movement and figured I'd ask a few questions. While knowing that most people on the front end might not know the difference in products and quality in CBD they're buying. Most of their product is isolate or broad as they call it, but Texas State law allows .3% THC in all CBD products to be sold, this is called, full spectrum cbd, which isn't or wasn't carried when I went. So I kinda felt misinformed and went to another local store that only specialized in CBD and isn't a head or vape shop. I now know the difference between the two and how different they work, I have also found out that over one hundred CBD and THCs exist in the plant itself. read more

He had the worst attitude ever from the start. This dude must of been on drugs or something because that's my only explanation as to why someone would be so rude for no reason. I've been a regular customer at this place for the last year or so. The last two times I went and bought e-cigarette juice, the juice was unusually thick. I went back to complain the second time because the juice was too thick to work properly in my e-cigarette. The guy assured me that it should work just fine but it was still too thick. When I tried to return it they refuse to exchange the juice even though this was the bottle they recommended for my MOD. These people are scummy.
