My wife's old iPhone 7 stopped providing any audio recently so we purchased an upgrade phone on Amazon. We took it to the Crabapple AT&T store and Juliana provided excellent customer service in getting the conversion handled. She was patient and competent in the process and had the knowledge to resolve any problems. I'll be upgrading my iPhone 7 soon and will surely seek Juliana's help doing it. Here's the car owned by a guy that runs the ATT store in Roswell,GA who thinks it's ok to park in handicap spot. When asked to move it he had the nerve to argue with my wife saying it was ok b/c there weren't other spaces.Yelled at my wife to justify his parking and told her she should use the drive thru for Starbucks to free up a space. We tried to explain that we have a child with special needs and we use the handicap spaces. He didn't care. Said he needed a place to park. He simply couldn't recognize those spots are off limits unless you have a HC tag. He finally moved it but said he will do it again because he knows the Roswell police officers. read more

My wife and I bought a Samsung phone and several accessories from this store. Last week, we had a question about our service, so visited again. When we walked in, the manager,I assume he's the manager, a tall man in his thirties, was talking with a young woman. He did not acknowledge us. We sat down at a table to wait. We found he was talking about his girlfriend, who is older than him, but still looks good. He continued to talk about his girlfriend and totally ignored us, did not ever even make eye contact. After about five minutes, we left and went to the store on Crossville highway. If you enjoy being ignored, try this place. read more

At first, the guys in the store seem nice. But they gave me a hard time when I wanted to return a phone. I ended up exchanging it and asked them to not turn off the existing one (had to order the new one and wait for it). Turns out they turned off service to my existing phone and I"m stuck with only wifi. I found this out after calling AT&T tech support. I then found out AT&T never updated the IMEI #'s...it's confusing but basically the folks in AT&T stores don't help much at all. The only want to sell things. I was not greeted when I walked in & after 5 minutes no one that worked at the store acknowledged I was there. I left and went to the store closer to where I lived. I was told by the ATT customer service person (on the phone) to visit my local store to get the SIM cards I needed for my iPads I want to bring over to ATT and when I went to the store on Crabapple Road and spoke to the manager Dimitri it was painfully evident he does as little work as possible. Dimitri sold me two Sim cards and told me to go home and activate them but then to come back to have him cut them down to fit in the device?!? He did not tell me that they would not fit until he sold them to me. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I called up the ATT customer service number and they were shocked that someone would tell you to come back so they can cut down the SIM cards, they said that is not a thing. I also asked about bringing over a iPad from Verizon and he told me he couldn't until I paid off the device, what he neglected to ask me was if I owed any money of the device which I did not, he lead me to believe I needed to pay the monthly service fee off. Again another stall tactic so that he does not have to do work. So having said all that if you are in need of some help from ATT just call them and do not visit the Crabapple store. Don't waste your time with lazy employees that will take advantage of you. ATT did refund my money for the purchase of the two SIM cards thankfully. read more
