This store redeemed my faith in customer service. Cameron went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having (nothing to do with this store). On another day I came back with my friend and he was so knowledgeable and helpful again with her. We came back once the iPad we ordered had arrived and the manager, Alec, did the same! Went above and beyond. Not used to this level of customer service. My friend is elderly and they couldn't have been nicer. They helped with the issues she'd had, some of which were complicated (once again, issues had nothing to do with this store). Truly impressed with their knowledge and level of commitment. read more

I ordered a new iphone here and then called back an hour later to change my order to one with more memory. They stated they could not cancel the first order but would send the first phone back and order the second one asap. The second phone was delivered to me. THEY LOST THE FIRST PHONE and I was charged over $800 for it. I never even saw the first phone. They will not take responsibility for this. I have spent hours trying to work this out with the store and ATT. This is HORRIBLE! read more

My fiancé walked over to get his phone fixed while I waited for him next door. I expected him to come back still angry and an hour later. Nick came back to me within an hour with all problems resolved and happy! I must thank Ian for taking exceptional care of my very hard to please man. I called this At&t location at 3:09 on 1/14/20 to ask a few general questions regarding upgrading my phone. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude immediately upon answering. I said I just wanted to clarify a few upgrade questions. She was very obviously annoyed and not polite. My final question was checking to see if they had a specific iphone in stock. she quickly informed me they didn't have it in stock and I replied "oh okay!" then she hung up the phone almost immediately... No "Is there anything else I can help you with? have a nice day???" nothing. So Rude. I get that people probably call all day and ask "dumb" questions but it's your job to help! Plus if i'm going to come drop $1000 dollars on a new phone I would assume the customer service would be top notch. Instead of coming in and ordering my phone through this branch I am now taking my business elsewhere. read more

Customer service is awful. All the employees are trained to sale you the most expensive products, I'm a person, not a bag of money. I had a simple software question and was given completely wrong advice and wasted hours, thanks to Darrell Martin and the rest of the untrained associates. When I come in with a problem, HELP YOUR CUSTOMER! They seemed to forget the first rule of business, its easier to keep a customer than get a new one. For anyone with an android that is not receiving monthly software updates, go to UbreakIfix and they will update your phone for free, don't call samsung or AT&T for help cause they won't. I almost forgot, they straight up lied to my face every time I've been there. I'm not stupid and can read through y'all bullshit! read more

I received fantastic customer service this afternoon from two wonderful young gentlemen after walking out of the North Point store because the gentleman helping me there was unhelpful and condescending. They told me I was eligible for a buy one get one free deal that the first store never even offered me. I left happy with two upgraded phones for the same price the first store wanted to hard sell me for just one. If you're an ATT customer the Atwater location on Old Milton Parkway needs to be your one and only stop! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! I recently purchased a new phone and watch from the AT&T store, at 2685 Old Milton Parkway Alpharetta Georgia 30009 on 7/16/2022. The sales associate Duwan told me of the promotion they had going on for trade in phones. You can trade your phone in for up to $350 to take off the cost of your new phone. I told Duwan I would be interested in doing so. I picked out my phone and watch. Duwan began working on my upgrade then told me that I would have to be on an unlimited plan to do the upgrade. I informed him that I was on the grandfathered in unlimited plan. He reviewed my account for a second time, and said you're right you are on an unlimited plan so the trade in will be honored. Now a week later I receive a text message saying that my trade in is ineligible and I would have to get an unlimited plan to receive the trade in promotion. I called the store on 7/25/2022 to clarify what was going on. Alexis the store manager advised me that she would call me back because she was with a customer. Later that evening, I received a text message not a call from Alexis informing me that she reviewed my account and I did not have an unlimited plan. She stated I would need to upgrade my plan to receive the trade in promotion. I then told her that I would need my phone back that I gave for the trade in since it will not be honored. Alexis proceeds to tell me that I can't get my phone back since I have traded it in. The store has sent it off. So now I consider this as stealing my phone. I need to be reimbursed for my phone or I need to be given back my phone since they are not honoring the trade in I was originally told I qualified for. I also asked for the number to corporate as well as the email address to get this matter resolved and I was not given neither of the two. read more
