Honestly cannot say anything negative about this place. I went in with a friend to upgrade a phone. Saad answered the phone when I called the day before (a couple other places didn't even answer the phone) and was very kind and friendly. He helped my friend the next day. Everything was quick and easy. The whole transaction only took about 20 minutes because we had questions but would have been faster. Just had to wait for the new phone to set up and transfer all the data. There was only one other customer in the store on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The store is clean, everyone was wearing masks, and they had hand sanitizer available for customers in a couple places. They had the desired phone in stock and everything was great! What more could you ask for? read more

This is a great AT&T store with incredible staff. I've had AT&T for over a decade, even when it was Cingular and changed back. So, I've been to many stores over the years. This store is clean, inviting, and professional. Alan was extremely helpful as I had a badly abused iPhone and wanted to convert to Android. He helped me pick the best phone for my needs after speaking with me for a long time and learning what I needed. He also took the time to go over my usage history and helped me upgrade my plan to best suite my usage. I came in on a Monday evening, so it was only he and one other employee in the store. It was busy, and he was very respectful to ask me if he could help take care of other customers while helping me and vise-versa when new customers came in. After it took some time to transfer my iPhone into to the Android, Alan attentively taught me the basics of my phone so that I didn't walk out of the store blind. He also helped me pick out a great case and screen protector to prolong my phone's life. I highly recommend this store and Alan is a great manager, employee, and person. read more

Useless technical support. Granted, these storefronts are primarily intended for sales, but customer service is important regardless. After being unable to help activate cellular service on our Apple Watches, the attitude was "you're on your own". We were told to call customer service even though we explained that we'd already done so prior to our store visit. To be fair, cellular service for the Apple Watch is new. However, folks that represent the company that we're supporting should at least coordinate help when they're unable to do so themselves. Dropping the "You're really annoying me" attitude would also help. read more

I can not say enough WONDERFUL things about Bethany at this particular AT&T store. Number one, the store was closer than I thought, didn't even know it was there. Number 2, after calling (it was on our recent snow day with school closings), she stayed late for me to come and help replace my "wet & dead phone." She knew my financial situation and quickly helped me find a phone that had what I needed, and in a range within $5's of my current bill (bc I actually got insurance this time & I got unlimited WiFi bc my apartment doesn't have it). She even gave me some candy bc my blood sugar level had dropped so low for various reasons. Thank you! Great store and Bethany is amazing! read more

Bethany saved the day when I walked in with my god daughter a couple weeks ago. The plan was to surprise my god daughter with a brand new iphone X. It would not have happened if Bethany was not there that day. To charge up a iphone 5, which battery was DEAD, Bethany used a battery from a iphone 6 to charge up the battery so my god daughter was able to recover her i cloud back up. Top notch service!!! After searching for my LOST(!) I-Phone for more than an hour, including retracing my steps (the gas station, McDonalds, the Giant, etc.), I walked into the AT&T Store at Junction Plaza and asked them if they knew what I should do. (I hadn't lost my cool or anything, but at 74, I was out of breath and my hands were trembling a bit.) One of the retail sales consultants, Corbin, cheerfully greeted me and gave me the impression he had nothing else he'd rather be doing than finding my I-Phone. He sat down at the computer and within 10 minutes found that I had left my I-Phone at home. He arranged to make the phone "ping" when I got home so I could locate it. I called him to let him know I found it. Maybe this was routine for him but it wasn't for me. I so appreciated the gracious, calm professional way he solved my problem and encouraged me to come back anytime. read more

By far the worst ATT store I've ever been to. Went in there to upgrade one of my lines and was informed that my device must be traded in at the time of upgrade. Never heard of this, you usually get a shipping label and have 14 days to return it. Nonetheless I decided to proceed. Jordan, one of the sales reps there who was extremely rude and sarcastic throughout the whole process insisted on taking the case off the device that was being traded in. While doing that he broke the case, when I brought it up to him, he tried to act as if he didn't realize he broke it. Then laughed and said I didn't need it anymore because it wouldn't fit my new phone... terrible representative of an otherwise very professional and courteous company. read more

Awful- DO NOT GO- worst mistake ever! Buy online or in a corporate AT&T store- the sign makes you think its AT&T but it is not. They will tell you how they are recognized by AT&T it's all part of the scam. They all say they are "managers" but clearly have no concern to help you once they sell you a phone. ALAN states he is a manager but I wouldn't hire him to flip a burger-he is simply lazy and rude! JUSTIN WELLS is supposed to be the "real manager" but you cannot reach him as the employees wont give out his contact as they know that they are terrible at their job! Their "systems are always down" and outside of that, they refuse to help you further and talk about other clients in front of you- denying in-store calls with eye rolls. If you call AT&T customer service as they will tell you to... you cannot get a contact to their "real manager" as they are not recognized as being a part of AT&T. So here is what is FACT- no matter how rude or unprofessional the people in this location behave or what issues you have with your phone that you buy from them- you cannot report them without writing a letter to god knows who in Indiana and other real AT&T stores/AT&T corporate call center will not help you as you bought the phone from these scam artists and you have to "go to the store to resolve". You left the burning building but please return at a later date in hopes that you will reach a different person and not the one who started the fire. This is the worst place ever it will leave you stressed and frustrated that ignorant people like this can even hold a job and you will want to leave AT&T for good for even associating (but not recognizing) their name to a business that is this disgusting!!! I will write to Indiana because good customers shouldn't be treated this way and clearly the new management structure just hired anyone that can put on a shirt. read more
