Advised the person I spoke to I tried to purchase phone online for pick up, she said I would need to come to the store. I get to the store, and stated I just spoke with someone in regard to the phone for purchase. A young lady I take it was Maria, said I never called, she then goes as far as to saying she is the only one who answers the phone so she would know. After showing proof that I did call using my last call on my log it then became she doesn't remember speaking to me. IMO honest mistake, then while finally getting assistance with getting the phone, Maria asked the agent who was helping me to continue with another customer. My issue arises when the young lady who asked for me to be passed on to her was busy working with the lady she swapped with the agent for me. I came on my lunch break and my time was very limited, and she seemed more interested in helping the lady she swapped me for. It almost felt like she didn't want to assist me. I was very polite and cordial after about 20 minutes of this before I decided that I can take my business elsewhere. Calling me friend was not lightening up the tension and she tried but then would go right back to the other customer who was working with an agent already... it became very frustrating and clear she didn't want to assist me. She was overly assertive with not trying to help me or assist me, tried to say my phone wasn't eligible for upgrade/ trade in, after agent I was working with said it was. Then she took my phone in the back saying it does pass eligibility for trade in. Then looking for reason not to give me a trade in lol lol it was almost comical. I wish we as ppl can just be loving and helpful to eachother, but respectful also. I didn't feel respected or necessary so I felt neither was my money, so I left the store with my old phone and will upgrade elsewhere. Just have to be better.. I wish I could give a better rating just my treatment in my opinion wasn't great at all!!!

I waited patiently to be helped while Manager Matt repeatedly ignored me and chose to assist six other customers first even after the employee who checked me in informed him multiple times that I was next. This was not a misunderstanding. It was blatant disregard for a paying customer's time and experience. Poor customer service is already frustrating but when it comes directly from management it reflects a much larger problem within the store. No customer should be treated as if they are invisible while others are continuously prioritized ahead of them. Corporate leadership should pay close attention to how this location is being managed because experiences like this are exactly why this store continues to have low ratings and lose customer trust. Respect, professionalism, and accountability should be the standard not the exception. The product isn't worth the disrespect nor worth the time wasted. I am appalled and pushing back with force your selective return policies based on what your systems allow and don't allow. Writing this review has allowed me to reflect on the journey I have taken with you over the years. Your retail store at the Perimeter Mall is staffed with less creative people who have nonproblematic-solving skills, which is why this Yelp review is fitting. Why are your leaders in the store quick to say no? They do very little investigating to validate their stance. Instead, they stand behind your logo, pecking at a keyboard that gives them a false sense of power. I have purchased several upon several thousands of dollars of equipment and software from your stores. I am also a stockholder and supporter. My task today was to make a simple return. I have had some items for a year or more, but they are still in the package. I purchased a new iPhone a week ago and Thr charges that I bought by Thr dozen no longer fit the new iPhone 16 Pro Max- The reason why I have them still is based on COVID and other personal challenges that I had to overcome. So now that I am up and thriving, I am reminded of a policy that does not reflect my journey and goes against what can be done. I say it will!

It took almost 3 hours to move service from another provider, set up the account with all the details provided step by step to our cousin. I don't normally write reviews, but this location with Kay Jay, knew their information. She was central to us having a good experience with someone that is not savvy about phones and how they operate.

I'm all for progressing technologies. However, as long as I can make/answer calls & snap a clear picture I'm good. That's not good enough for the Tribe, so hello T-Mobile. Many thanks to the super awesome & helpful Shanteneque "Shan" for her patience while walking me through the process & prices for the upgrade. I hope the universe knows there is no such thing as a "free" upgrade. Yet, Shan was really cool even with my AARP moments when I needed re-clarification...a few times over. So here's to upgrading. I tried to get the same phone (newer Generation) yet my Daughter said "No Ma'am, you can handle a bigger/newer phone." Well, Mini Ma'am, you pay for it & I'll take a mini iPad as well". Top-notch service as the employees exude friendly/helpful teamwork in assisting the customers. & this is regardless of who's assisting whom. Starry shout out to the Manager serving as the Greeter & making sure everyone is welcomed & taking care of. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up my new iPhone.
