AT&T in general is the bad company service. I pay $500 for every month and always get bad inter even though it's said 5G unlimited internet. Be very careful with this company. I found out today they automatically applied another phone line on my account for a year and charged me $54/ extra a month without notice. So be careful with your phone bills ever month. when I called them to fix this problem. They put me on phone for almost 4 hours to solve the problem. This is so Ridiculous. 11/3/2025 - One particular person told me my two phones were going to be free if we exchanged our old phones to a 17iphone. She also gave me a phone line to boost my calls because they kept dropping at no extra charge and failed to tell me that I would be bound to a 3-year contract. Today I went into confront her after spending one hour trying to get through to AT&T on Saturday which they indicated my phone was not free and I was being charged $11.00 a month, and we committed to 3 more years, and my extra phone line was not free and was an additional $101.00. I would have to deal with the store so today I went in and confronted her. She could not return my phone and told me to call AT&T. I said no you because you work here and I'm at the store right now and was told to come to the store on Saturday to resolve the information given to me that was not correct. She handed me my phone and said she doesn't work for AT&T but works for Prime Communications. I said I wasn't leaving the store until we had it resolved. I sat on the phone for an hour, while I looked up Prime Communications and started reading the reviews out loud by indicating what she did to me was exactly what the 2,200 complaints were indicating. She asked me to leave the store, or she was going to call the cops and I said "no". I'm waiting to get this resolved. She actaully called the cops, and I had to leave the store. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General, Prime Communications, AT&T, and the Better Business Bureau. I would never step foot in this store or do business with them! read more

Hate this store, They assured me my damaged phone claim was "ALL SET" and I should receive my new replacement by Monday, well its now Tuesday, and without a phone its difficult to communicate, so I go use library computer and low and be fucking hold, my claim was never processed completely.
