horrible customee service. very rude, immature, unprofessional twentysomethings. They also are aggressive and bully. The current greeter at the store is a bully. I asked to speak to another representative because I didn't want to work with him and he kept pestering me as to why why why. Finally when I started working with another representative The Greeter bully spent 10 minutes complaining about me very loudly to one of his coworkers so that I could hear him on purpose. This is the third time I've been into the store where I've had this experience with this greeter and the unprofessionalism in their customer service. I will drive to another store that is outside of Boulder just because of this reason. read more

I arrived at the store because I had purchased an iPhone 6 the night before and needed the paper-clip like tool that they have to get my old SIM card out and transfer it into my new phone since a regular paper clip wasn't working to open the iPhone 6. I sat there for 15 minutes and when I asked the greeter if she could hand me hers or someone elses (hung around the neck of employees) she told me that she would not help me and that I needed to wait for an hour just to be handed a tool from her neck. I asked another employee and they refused also. I waited to speak to the manager (and to use the tool for one second) FOR ONE HOUR and still no luck. The manager refused to even speak to me. I have been a customer since 2003 and I have never been treated like this. After spending $1100 on a phone there and $350 a month for 11 years I think they could not be rude and purposefully unhelpful. I have never been disgusted like this in the service industry before. I wish I could speak to the regional manager since the manager refused to speak to me for over an hour even for just a minute conversation. read more

This location is a bit hit-or-miss; twice in the past 6 months I've gone in with requests, talked to multiple salespeople, and gotten a different answer from each one. The associates I talked to had varying degrees of pleasantness as well. That being said, each time Chris has been representative who ended up getting me what I needed. He takes the time to actually listen to your request and concerns (crazy, right?) and he does whatever needs doing, with a smile at that. I've learned my lesson: if I ever need to go to this location again, I'm waiting until Chris is around to help. read more

The salesman at this store lied through his teeth. My daughter went in for a phone upgrade which he said she could get for only $25. What he didn't explain is it was $25 a month until a balance of $600 was paid off. Moreover, he told her I would save money by changing my data plan which was a grandfathered unlimited data plan. The plan was changed without my authorization. I am working with ATT directly on this later issue. read more

Worst customer service! 45 minute wait when six guys are standing around not helping anyone. No one in the store. They wouldn't make eye contact let alone help you. Avoid AT&T. They get you in and then you can't get out and now I'm stuck paying a horrible company. read more

I am not happy. Two times now the LG touchscreen model I bought failed me I'm currently unable to retrieve any information that requires access through the touchscreen feature which happens to be a large percentage of the command accessibility. Last time this happened, ( I should have known) they made me sign an additional 2 year contract to continue service which I found to be unacceptable because the problem was no fault of my own. I give them 1 star only because, I've gotten signal in fairly remote places whereas my counterparts couldn't find any. However other than that..I'm done with them. read more

I was a very frustrated and impatient customer earlier in the day. Stormed out after waiting for over 20 minutes, only to find out it would be another 20 minutes before anyone could help us. Said a bad word or two to Zach on my way out. Came back 4 hours later. Same dude was there to help me - Zach. Even said "nice to see you again" with a smile. Less than an hour later I walked out with 2 new iPhones, some cases, and I added a 3rd line to my plan. Zach could not have been nicer or more professional, and kept the mood light. He remembered me from earlier in the day and had a sense of humor about it. Trained an Associate at the same time while he was dealing with me. Sold me $2,500 worth of phones to boot. Not sure if the AT&T store in Boulder will ever become more efficient in their operations if they don't hire more staff, but Zach will succeed wherever he goes because he has the right attitude, and I'm glad I had the chance to have him as our salesman. If you go to AT&T in Boulder, ask for Zach. read more

It's true that the wait at this store can be excruciating. I have learned to always, always make an appointment - that cuts down on the frustration factor. While I do not love AT&T as a company, I'm kind of stuck with them for a while because I have a family plan with several contracts. I go into this location fairly frequently because I seem to be tweaking my service quite a bit. I am writing this review about a specific sales person - the last time I was there I needed some changes to my contract and Jason was the man who made it all happen. He was polite and professional, and he listened to my request, spoke with a manager, and was able to get it accomplished. I was satisfied with the service I received. read more
