Today came in to add a line on my account. The moment i came in I was helped immediately. I have a daughter who's only a year and a half so of course taking a while means she will get impatient. They told me they would close the door and someone would watch her so she can go through the details with me which they only did for about 5 minutes. Being a mom even with the help of course i still have to keep an eye on her regardless and obviously they opened the front door and she almost ran out twice. I guess they rather have a sale then really service you like they say they will. Hence why I only gave 3 stars. I didnt have to wait at all to be serviced but given that I have a child running around you would hope more eyes can help as well but they don't. At least I'm still a good mom and had always had an eye on her regardless of the offer. Also the associate wasn't too clear about the phone i got either. Because i was asking about a specific phone and they had an advertisement for an s4 32gb i assumed thats the one i was getting since we were talking about it. After driving away is when i realized it was only a 16 gb. I had to call back to make sure i wasn't given the wrong phone. Overall i had an ok experience but if my bill comes out to more then what she claimed it to be.... I will definitely re write this review as well as going back to get it all fixed -.- read more

I'm surprised reading all these horrible reviews when I had a completely amazing experience! I went in yesterday just needing an upgrade because my iPhone 4 was slowly dying on me and I was immediately greeted and put on the walk-in appointment list. In the mean time while I waited they answered any and all questions I had regarding the iPhone devices and even took time away from restocking cases to find me a particular otter box case for the iPhone 5c! My wait time was about 15-20mins which is not bad at all since I came in with no appointment and there was 5 walk ins ahead of me and two appointments! Benjamin was the sales associate who helped me and he was amazing! He was super efficient and didn't try to sell me this and that or get me to change my plan which I really appreciated! He spent a good amount of time making sure i was satisfied with the phone and that he had answered any and all questions I had. About 10mins later I was off on my way with my new iPhone 5c and I love it! I will definitely be coming back to this store again! Just another prime example that you can't always judge a place off the bad reviews from yelp! read more

Met my mom there while she was talking to William about a new plan. Even though the store was jammed packed he explained my mom's new plan very well n answered any and all questions she and I had. He was so patient n didn't rush us at all. He made asking any question super easy and comfortable. My mom is a new user to the whole smart phone era, and he explained terms that she understood. Tried to cut up my sim card so it would fit in to a S6 Edge. Needless to say, I was off a few mm and had to come in to get a new sim card. Took a number, got called on, and got my new sim card. All this took about half an hour at no charge. Not bad. Be warned though, parking is a pain in the butt. read more

The first guy I dealt with was clueless and could not answer basic questions. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Luckily I was able to do what I needed after waiting 30 minutes to meet with him. If you have any questions, I recommend getting them answered before coming to the store. If you are interested in starting or upgrading a phone plan with AT&T do not use this branch. I went in with a good plan and came out with a more expensive poorer plan. I was told I was going to save around $450 a year with the new plan. By the time I got my new more expensive bill it was to late to do anything about it. The nice young lady who helped me was named "Cree". I'm pretty sure she wasn't trying to cheat me, I just think she was under trained or incompetent. The manager Bruce was absolute zero help. I will be leaving AT&T as soon as my contract is up. Go elsewhere or avoid Cree (nice girl) and Bruce. read more

We were in overseas for one day, we do not have an international plan with AT&T so instead of not having service, unknown to us AT & T had the roaming charge on and to our surprise has a additional amount of about $750.00 We went to the store Brea store and after more than an hour they told us that we have to pay $120.00 which is equivalent to 2 phones of monthly plan and gave a confirmation number. Happily we came back home and paid the $120, but next month we had the amount again. I called AT & T and explained the situation and gave the confirmation number to which they said yes they have the number but they are rejecting the agreement after spending more than an hour they said the best they would do would be a discount of 30%, I asked them to get me a supervisor they said sure and then after a wait phone got disconnected. Next month the same bill and a couple of days later the phone was disconnected. I called them again and they said yes they show both the calls and agreements but they are not accepted. I asked to talk with a supervisor but alas after a little wait the phone was disconnected. I went to the store again and they could not do anything. we finally paid the whole amount to get the service restored. Many questions come to mind but the bottom line is they do not care about their word and they would cut you off knowing that you are not going to call again and spend another hour plus to get in the line. The only thing one could do is to disconnect the service as soon as possible. They are not reliable. Also the government should look into the matter of service provider giving roaming without the approval from the client. We did not have a plan and did not approve for them to provide one. Should AT & T or any other company honor a commitment made by one of its store with a confirmation number and record or just keep changing their position. Food for thought, thanks read more

I recently broke my iPhone while my computer was also crashed (absolutely no contacts, yikes!) and the entire staff at this AT&T was so friendly and made it a breeze to replace my phone and set up a temporary one while I waited for mine in the mail. I've been a customer of AT&T for almost ten years and at times they have literally brought me to tears because of some of their screwed up policies but this store in particular has always been helpful. I wont go anywhere else for my wireless needs. read more

Simply "SUCKS"! Other than activating and buying a phone, i would not do anything to do with this store. This store is very capable of creating a "mega headache" and AT&T just doesn't give a crap about customers. I have 7 lines with Verizon for last 10yrs+. Lately, i've been having dropped call issues so i though i try different carrier. So, i got myself a at&t phone without contract returnable within 14day, full money back except restocking fee and usage. On the 6th day, i returned the phone received refund deducting restocking fee. Was told that i can look up my bill thru my unvers acct. Times goes by nothing shows up on my unverse att or received a bill. So i called at&t who would not provide any info without a password which i never set up or received. After the run arounds and 50min on the phone, i was able to find out acct is past due. Went to the store. Minute i said, i am here to pay the bill, this guy's attitude changed pointing to the kiosk. My balance was $97.25. I contested that 6 days of usage cannot be $97.25 but paid to avoid falling into collections. He said credit will be generated and refunded to me on next billing cycle. Month goes by nothing. NOTHING! So i called at&t, run arounds.....one after another... at&t finally said, they cannot help me without the password. Explained on so many times to so many operators that i was never told to set up a password or given one. I answered every question correctly including creditcard number to pay the bill.... Verdict is "no can help you" Told me to go back to the store. After few days of phone calls almost 9 hours worth of my time wasted, now i have to go to the store. So, i went down to the store. Store screwed up so bad from establishing the account to closing; the rep(by the way this guy was nice unlike the other) made numerous calls to at&t and spoke to the manager(think very incompetent) numerously....having a difficult time resolving it. He understood my problem right away but took him awhile...to unravel the problem. I was in the store physically almost 3 hours. He finally said at&t will apply the credit towards uverse account. Just check the uverse acct., $46 was credited from $97.25. WTF! 6 days of usage is $51.25? I told him there was no connection fee and my bill received at the time of sign up doesn't indicate connection fee. 9 hours of run arounds on the phone, 3 hours seating at the store,...$51.25 is for usage(few minutes of call, lest than 10 texts, less than 0.5M data)...you are joking me! I usually don't complain especially in the social media unless there was an unjust that other consumers will probably experience too. Looking at other reviews, many many consumers like myself went thru harsh and unjust experience. I think there are issues that need to addressed at this store and perhaps at&t too. It's not right to waste all that precious time and still faced with unjust. I walked into the store and spent my hard-earned precious money believing in return i am receiving quality service and care. Isn't that what at&t advertise on TV? I guess once you signed the contact, you just became "has-been"? Nothing more to suck out from you?... I am also filing a complaint to FCC; this type of practice must be stopped especially with the companies that are in service industry. Unless people speak out this won't change. read more

The best customer service I've experience in a very long time. I came in to ask about my bill and Crystal was extra helpful. She not only helped me with my bill questions, but also offer all the new products. This store should be closed. The people working there are like zombies - no one will even acknowledge that you are in the store. I had to step in front of one passing by to get my name on the list. After 45 minutes and moving to #1 on the list, I watched people get moved in front of me in line, I asked to see a manager. The manager was very rude and acted like I really had some gall to even ask to speak to him. He did call one of the sales people lounging nearby. They then told me they could not take care of my problem because I had bought the phone & service at an Authorized AT&T Retailer instead of AT&T. This is a store asking to go out of business. this at&t will be suuuuper slow if you don't use the sign in machine thingy right when you walk in. other than that the workers are okay not overly excited but not overly miserable either. just remember to sign in when you get there. read more

I went in there on a Friday day and it wasn't too crowded. I got greeted right away by a gentleman named Ron. I went in to get u-verse and check out the i pads. Ron was very helpful and he explained to me the types of options they have for the cable and internet and really broke it down in a way that I could get the best of what I wanted for a good price. He even set up the perfect time and date of when they can come and install. After he signed me up he even showed me over the the TV's they have in the store and went through on how to work the remote and how to modify settings. Everyone in the store seemed to be just waiting by the front for people to come in and not super eager to do anything, but they seemed nice. I checked out the i pads and next time Ron works i'll go in and get one cause he definitely sold it on me (i was in to much of a hurry to get one then). This store is very nice and everyone seemed pretty friendly. If you go in definitely ask for RON. He was great at wanting to help and really good at accommodating to your needs. read more
