    Terrible customer service! The staff are not helpful and they just think of increasing their profit. If I could I would leave zero stars.

I initially went in for a diagnostic and trialed two options for fixing my phone to no avail. They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance. Overall it ended up being cheaper than the cost of the repairs too.

    I dropped my iPhone 16 and needed a quick screen replacement. The staff at CPR is great, very…read moreknowledgeable. It wasn't cheap but that had to do with the cost of the screen. They had it done in 1 1/2 hours, just enough time for me to get something at the nearby Starbucks and return some emails. Highly recommended.

    I was looking to upgrade my phone since my iPhone 13 wasn't really capturing good quality pictures…read more The last time I went to an Apple store was when I got the iPhone 13, so I had to refresh my memory on the process and appreciated that someone was checking in on me as I was setting up the new phone and transferring all the data. I got the 17 (about $800) and so far it's working well, although I've noticed the battery already drains a bit faster than when I initially had my brand new iPhone 13 (battery had lasted 2 days). I hope it'll at least last me the 4 years or so that was my previous phone's lifespan. During the same visit, I was able to take a few classes on using the camera and video features which was nice. You can find out what classes are scheduled in the Apple Store app. Trading in my old phone was also a seamless process. Finally, I had an Apple watch query and was able to do a tech support (Genius Bar) walk-in appointment which I did some of the above activities during the 30 minute wait for the appointment. Some of the staff members were more helpful and engaged than others, but for the most part everyone was very enthusiastic and supportive. The customer service is quite personalized, professional, and 1 on 1, except when you get the occasional staff member who starts helping other customers because they don't know how to help with your issue and before your issue has been resolved, and then you're stuck waiting for them/someone to be available to close the loop on your issue because none of the other staff members look/acknowledge you. That said, the Genius Bar staff (shout out to Terrance) were amazing! It felt very collaborative, and I was able to be helped more efficiently. Overall, my time was well spent, and I trust this place to deliver good service and products and know which person to avoid.

The panels are opened up so the front of the store is completely open. The way it works is you sign in with on of the sales clerks. This gets your name on a list of customers. He takes your telephone number. then when it is your turn, they page you on your telephone. I was there to get ear buds. The salesman showed my a selection from which I chose one. He charged me on an iPad which he carried. I was waited on promptly. The stor was pricey but I know anything I purchase at Apple is the highest quality. I will return.

    I had an appointment at the Apple Store in Chestnut Hill, MA yesterday. My reason for the visit…read morewas constant dropped calls and an a near inability to send and receive texts. The team member (who was very polite, and a nice guy overall) ran diagnostics on my phone. I was there for a considerable amount of time. He informed me that my phone had no issues. I went home thinking that my phone might now be ok (I had contemplated replacing it, while there, given the issue). It wasn't until a day later that I learned that the "Cellular Switching" setting on my phone had been changed. I know I never touched that on the phone, and the Apple tech guy didn't catch it. I spent the whole day today, trying to figure out what was still wrong with the phone. I ultimately had to drive to to a location where I knew the cell connections were strong, in order to get connection with my phone service provider (Mint Mobile, a company I have been ecstatic to be using for about 10 months). After 4 dropped call at the "strong" location, the AI assistant ("Mr. Fox") on Mint Mobile got me through the reset in my iPhone, which did nothing Thereafter, "Mr. Fox", the AI rep. at Mint Mobile, was able to get my service back, by suggesting I check "Cellular Switching" (something not checked at the Apple Store...would have thought the dsiganostic would have picked up on that), and I was finally up-and-running. I wasted a good part of yesterday at the Apple store, and most of today., at home, and ultimately on the road to a strong signal area This was a valuable lesson learned, but, the phone should have been checked in the Apple Store to verify that all settings were properly set up.
