We were told we could get two new phones on black friday two weeks before the promotion. We stood in line and were the first two so we knew we were good for two phones until the manager came out and said it was one phone per plan. Not being happy with that announcement I challenged what we were told and the manager told me not to "ruin her mood". I asked her about my mood and she called the owner. NO PHONES FOR US so we left. The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.
