Terrible service. Terrible check in "system". Just absolutely awful experience. We walk in and they are busy, understandable. One guy tells us to look around or have a seat... okay. Several people come in after us and another guy checks them in... about 15 min later he asks if we've been checked in. We don't know... we hope so... nope. So all the people that came in after us were served before us. The guys working didn't care one little bit that they screwed us. We even ordered online and were just picking a phone up... still took over 2 hours as we saw the people that came in behind us come and go... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else if you can. These clowns can't run a store to save their lives and don't care even one little bit when they waste your time. read more

Have been in the store multiple times with issues with my newer iPhone. They do not listen and kept telling me it was a different problem each time (not my phone which it was). No resolution of problems and my phone still doesn't work. On top of that, staff are extremely rude and unwilling to help. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I spent the last 3 years teaching in the Caribbean and while there AT&T merged with Liberty wireless and transferred me over. As they no longer wanted to service the Caribbean. I rolled with it for a couple years. Didn't love it as the service was not as good but I made it work. Moved to Carmel Indiana and went in to get my phones switched and update my new address. The man that greeted me started off pleasant until I explained my situation at which time he informed me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. He kept saying do you mean Verizon? So I tried to explain again and was told "I've worked here for 10 years and you don't know what your taking about". I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I taught 10 year old for 10 years. I am seriously considering changing my family of 5 all over to Verizon. read more

I started with AT&T service over the phone and was provided an RMA number with instructions exchange my phone in the store, where it was picked up. The salesperson that I spoke to immediately shut me down AFTER I had even called ahead and explained that I was coming in and what needed to be done. He was short with me and immediately defensive. I explained my situation to him and he could not offer any guidance. At the very least, he could have brought customer service on the phone while I was there to verify everything I explained to him, but he went back to standing around with other associates with no other customers in the store. read more

I have to admit that when I realized I was going to have to stop in the AT&T store to fix a problem that I was having with my new iPhone that was just delivered to the world that day, I felt total dread. Ive never had a good time changing over my phone and then having to go into the store on top of that just isn't my thing. BUT a working phone was needed so to the store I went. I was surprised to find that it wasn't too busy (thankfully) and was greeted by Justin the moment I entered the store. I told him my issue and he expressed empathy for my situation, ensured me that he could fix it and was happy to do so. He asked permission to look at my phone and got to work. Thankfully the issue itself was not a big deal so it was quickly realized that this would be a quick fix. He got my update started and invited me to stay in the store while it updated if I wanted. The service was on point and frankly that's all that matters to me when I have an issue. Good work. read more

Disappointed with service every time. I am a young female college student and every time i come in, they totally underestimate me. Although I have been in the market for a new phone recently, nothing EVER gets done and none of my questions EVER get answered unless my dad is with me which is totally ridiculous considering I am an account holder. Update one month later. I easily switched to Verizon. Service is a little cheaper, but more importantly, we have max service all over Westfield now!! We can literally use our phones to make calls within our house now! When I called AT&T to cancel 9 lines of service, the lady was like, "I see you've been a customer with AT&T since 1999, sorry to see you leave" ... yep, that was when I got my first cell phone... read more

They sell u services and bundles then when they hike ur rates and u try to resolve it at this store they can't help you. They give u a phone number to call or tell you to go online. Well no shit. Avoid AT&T. read more

I went into the store to better understand my monthly plan, figure out the most affordable plan for 3 lines, and purchase a new phone. Bill, the sales associate, was horrible! He rolled his eyes when it took me too long to show him something on my account (obviously coming in 40 mins before closing time is not a good idea). He actually took my phone out of my hand to pull up my invoice, which was NOT what I was looking for. He told me a 3rd line would be $25 a month. I then asked him why I was currently paying $40 a month for a 2nd line if it's only$25??? Agitated once again, he then pulled up my account and said, "Oh, you're on an old plan, sorry - you pay $40". OK, Bill....do you think I'm gonna really pay $40/month when I can pay $25/month and I'm not under contract? I proceeded to ask him how can I get on the current plan then???? Once again, annoyed Bill pulls up my Acct and said, "Here ya go...and shows me his iPad!" Thanks for your help, Bill. I asked if I could have a new salesperson to speak with and it went downhill from there until I finally just walked out. read more
