I had the most horrible retail experience of my life at the Castleton, In. store that I have ever been through in my life. With a representative who couldn't even give me a phone number... not for Customer Service, not for Tech help, not for general Verizon available new plans. She could not answer a single question. She refused to look for a phone number I could call myself. On my last question she suggested I Google it. She was not a newby. She had supposedly worked for Verizon for 3 years. At my incredulity at her telling me to Google it when I was standing in a Verizon store, she then said, "Ma'am, you are being rude! You can leave the store!" Of course she had raised her voice, and her arm, pointing to the door. I have been with Verizon for longer than that girl has been alive. The store was being remodeled so I came in with low expectations. Once I entered the store I was greeted by Joshua who was so kind and friendly. Brandon help me change my service to Verizon which went smoothly and efficiently. He kindly answered all the questions I had about this difference between auto pay and prepaid and even helped set it up on my phone when I got stuck. I highly recommend this location as it was a breeze and a overall pleasant experience. Even with the store being remodeled I was able to look at phone cases that I could buy at the store. This was even more helpful because I have butterfingers when it comes to my phones. read more

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! They are SO helpful and nice, especially Brandon Allen! Brandon fixed my problem in less than an HOUR after I had been dealing with RUDE REGULAR VERIZON OWNED STORE (to no avail) FOR THREE WEEEKS! I wish I had come here first! I went in to switch my cellular service from AT&T over to Verizon. It was a difficult process due to issues with my old account at AT&T, but the staff here helped me through every step of the way. I Like this VW because of the location. It's not inside of a mall so you don't have to worry about going to a mall finding a place to park and walking through a mall just to get to a VW kiosk. The sales team are a little pushy but helpful. The only draw back is they don't fix your phone on site. read more

I took my elderly father to this store last week after having an unsatisfactory experience at another Verizon store (will write a separate review for them). My dad couldn't remember his pin for his basic phone and it was all locked up, wouldn't receive or send calls. The prior store had told us that without the pin they couldn't do anything to help, except sell us a new phone without transferring over the phone contacts and photos. This store patiently took quite a bit of time to try to get into the phone, and when that didn't work they explained how we could reset the pin. We had to go to a corporate Verizon store to do that. But I was impressed enough with the customer service at this store to return there once we had reset the pin. I'd researched on line what new phone we wanted, and they had it. They were able to transfer Dad's photos and contacts over to the new phone, which wasn't a given since his phone doesn't use wifi. They explained the cost of the new phone and set-up clearly. I bought multiple items from this location previously and I walked in today to get an exchange on a iPhone power cord that went bad. It was less than two weeks old and Jeff wouldn't do it. Wow, wasn't expecting that. Jeff Schroeder was the consultants name. He definitely needs a class on how to treat customers. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Don't ever shop here! Ive been secret shopping multiple cellular locations for all carriers and one thing ive learned, is that you can tell youre in a good one the first 5 seconds that you walk in. Unlike all others i was greeted by professionally dressed individuals, treated to a 'phone spa' where they charged my device cleaned out the ports cleaned my screen all while they were giving me various options with taxes and hidden fees included. When it comes time to really switch this will be my location. The only bad thing ive seen was a review about someone not being able to return an iphone charger but after confronting the rep that the review was written about the full story came to fruition, the customer tried to return something past the 14 day return period and didnt even have the original packaging so that they COULD return it. I guess there really are two sides to every story dont let one persons lack of common sense prevent you from discovering good service yourself read more
