Company Review:  (unfortunately, this hurts all local AT&T Stores, so I'm posting it at multiple)…read more AT&T has fragmented its business model so poorly, that phones and deals done at Target or BJ's or other retailers cannot be supported or investigated by in store staff.  Okay, sounds fair you might say, but AT&T CORPORATE STORES CANNOT HELP YOU if you performed a PHONE PURCHASE, UPGRADE or other transactions with AT&T directly using their OWN CORPORATE RUN WEBSITE?   What a farce.  And Goodness help you if you go to a RESELLER STORE MASQUERADING AS A CORPORATE RUN STORE, because there is not an obvious way to know the difference, but they'll be even less helpful!! I'll be leaving similar reviews at all the local AT&T stores.  If you want to be able to go, and have a Store Manager fix an issue for you, ONLY deal with the store directly, never the online store or phone customer service.   The whole company is built to grab your money and waste your time.   Consider another cellular provider.

He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. I was really hoping to find a service that offered an unlimited data plan. After debating between Metro Pcs which I had before I read they are tethered on the TMobile network and I am not impressed with the coverage of Tmobile. I looked up the network Cricket runs on and saw they run on AT&T network towers, so thats pretty reassuring. I went in and was able to switch my Verizon Iphone6 to cricket in under a half hour. Manny I believe his name was is a really personable nice guy who helped me and answered any questions I had. I went from paying upwards of 180 a month in plan/data to 65 a month with unlimited data. I am really impressed with Cricket Wireless and happy with how quick it actually took.
