Came into AT&T to order my iPad Pro for my last birthday present. We were put on the waitlist and waited for about 10-15minutes not too bad at all. Meanwhile while waiting we played with all the cool gadgets & phones around the store. We were finally called upon and was helped by Omar I believe was his name or maybe it was Oscar. Cool chill guy with glasses & black hair black beard. Omar was amazing!! Great salesman and had an answer to every question we asked or were curious about. We searched for any rose gold iPads nearby, there were none so we decided to order a regular gold one online. Omar also told us about our 25% off apple products that day, we decided to pass but we did learn that you are able to make payments on accessories too! Like headphones & Bluetooth speakers. Super cool because I never knew you could do that! My husband was also really curious about directv through AT&T. So Omar told us how to do it and since we purchased an item we're getting it for $10 a month which is cool because with that we're offered free HBO. AWESOME!! I loved my experience and I have to wait for my iPad any day now in the mail

Once more, I was in the vicinity & tried to use the kiosk at this location but it was "out of order" If it's not going to work or even be fixed, what's the point of having a kiosk in the store?

I stopped by this past Sunday April 25th around 4 o'clock for a trade-in upgrade promotion. As a disclaimer my previous phone was cracked in the top right corner which the AT&T associate Vania acknowledged and assured me that I would be able to get $300.00 credit towards my new phone and not 500.00 because it was a Samsung note 8 (out dated she said). I was told that transfer of data from my old phone to my new phone would take 20- 30 minutes approximately. All was well until I attempted to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, which took longer than expected (because I had so many texts messages apparently?) and transfer of data was not completed by the time the store closed. I was at at&t nearly an hour after the store closed (store closed at 6pm) while still waiting to complete the data transfer, I finally asked the store manager (before any associate offered any other options) if I could take both my old phone and new phone home to compete transfer or if I could leave the new phone at the store; at which the store manager said I could take both old phone and new phone to complete transfer at home and that I had 30 days to return my old phone. I was unable to come in the next 2 days but returned on Wednesday. My phone was in the exact condition as it was on Sunday when I first came in, cracked in the top corner, the same store associate Vania that helped me on Sunday then told me today when I came back that she could not provide me the 300.00 credit because "she not noticed the crack on Sunday " which i was forthcoming and showed Vania on Sunday and assured me i could get the 300.00 credit towards my new phone, but 2 days later claimed she didn't see it on Sunday. To be honest I felt as though I had been misled, misinformed, and completed the trade in promotion under false pretense: behavior intended to deceive others; with inaccurate information. Vania's proposed solution was option 1: Keep the phone and pay full price? option 2: to return to new phone and they would waive the restock fee? Option 3: bring in another newer phone for a $300 trade in value. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service, terrible business practice....and to think their catch tag is "rethink possible" should be "rethink your practices" more like it...

Came here to see if I can upgrade to an iPhone 6. I was helped by a young and nice gentleman named Jr. He told me his real name, but I won't disclose his real name. He was very helpful and answered my questions. I was fourth in line and waited about 20 minutes which was not that long. There was a lot of people in the AT&T store waiting to be helped. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 4 to a 6. Jr. answered all my questions about all the fees. He even got me the screen protector and a nice case for my phone. He transferred all my contact info and pictures on to my new iPhone 6. Such a great phone. His customer service was excellent and he was very patient and kind. He even got me a few discounts. It took a few hours for everything to be set up which I did not mind. I wanted my phone to be set up properly. I think Jr. was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Awesome customer service. I think I will be coming here for all my cell phone needs. Ask for Jr. He's a great and friendly guy. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I definitely recommend this store if you have AT&T!

Worst customer service the manager there very rude acts like he owns the store. People leave AT&T very expensive and uncomfortable.

I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. I hope this review is helpful (it really is) and hope you give them your business (cmonnn). Thank you guys for giving a s**t about your customers!

They make sure you pay for the service first then they attempt to fix your phone screen and after a few days almost 2 weeks later hey say it's unfixable and won't refund your money!! watch out for these SCAMMERS!! DO NOT bring ANYTHING here!

I have no experience using Northernaxcess as a phone carrier, so this review only applies to their…read morephone repair service. For god's sake, please do not send any equipment in for repair! I sent them an Iridium Extreme 9575 (currently a $1400 phone) for repair in June 2025. The phone had developed a microphone problem. Their website advertised a 5-7 business day turnaround on repairs. Suffice to say, weeks went by with absolutely no communication. I inquired a couple of times as to what was happening, and was met with stalling and excuses. In mid-August 2025, I was done and contacted them, asking them to cancel any repairs and return the phone. I agreed to pay the $100 inspection fee. There has been a lot of back and forth since then that I cannot possibly accurately convey here, but suffice to say they have said countless times they would return my phone but never have. The return of my property is all I have asked for since August. They also have my SIM card and a brand new battery I sent in with the phone. As I write this in December 2025, none of my property has been returned and I have no expectation it ever will be. I made complaints to the BBB, the San Diego County DA consumer division, and to the State of California Attorney General consumer division. The BBB closed the case as "unresolved" and stated that Northernaxcess was not making a good faith effort at a resolution. The attorney general's office declined to get involved, because they stated that Northernaxcess was not licensed to do business in California. I'm not sure how being an unlicensed business constitutes a license to steal, but it sure seems that way. As I see it, the actions of Northernaxcess constitute nothing less than grand theft.

To make a long story short, Jeremy in service was way more than helpful, spend hours working on a problem that he hadn't created and helped overcome a very frustrating situation. Jeremy knows his stuff, is genuinely concerned with helping people, provides five star service, and is a nice guy on top of it. Highly recommend him!

Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage? I understand that he worked for the device to be fixed, but now I have no way to repair this device because of the damage that the technician made. I wanted a fair shake, but instead he cursed me out. I would rate it lower if I could!!

So as we were leaving I look online and OMG I was right I did my trade in online and paid the usual $100 rather than her trying to scam me to pay $600. Also the phones come with a charger. She was just trying to scam and make more on commission. I did my trade in online AND got the color I wanted. Screw that place, you're better off doing it online!
