The receipt doesn't show a return policy...only posted on a small sign at the kiosks. If the product doesn't work, consumers should be entitled to a refund; especially, if they are visiting from out of state and would not have the opportunity to swap out another defective item. Best option is to make sure your products work, mention the no refund sign, and stay professional by not accusing consumers of breaking an already faulty product. Best of luck!

This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!! The gentlemen on staff was very informative and fast! My phone was ready within 1hr! I used my checkin offer and paid $96 for the screen repair. Thank you again Staymobile!!

I came to pick up my SIM card after switching my service, only to be told at 6:15 PM that they were "closed," even though their posted hours say they close at 7 PM. Doors locked. No assistance. No accountability. We're in the middle of a snowstorm, and I need working phone service to stay in contact with my family. Instead, this store chose to shut down early and leave a paying customer without communication. That's not just poor service -- it's negligence. A Verizon store represents the Verizon brand. If this is how they operate, it reflects badly on the entire company. Taking customers' money is easy. Providing actual service when it matters is what counts -- and this store failed completely. I will be filing a formal complaint and warning others to avoid this location.

Is only for new users or…read morepeople who want to upgrade and change their plan to the 'newest' most expensive (but they'll try to convince you like the worst used car salesman that it's not) plan. We had a broken phone WITH INSURANCE and that wasn't even good enough to meet their advertised plan. When the salesperson attempted to explain the upgrade options for our phone with FULL INSURANCE BUT STILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE ADVERTISED UPGRADE SOMEHOW, they explained that we could 'pay off' our current phone and then, and only then, would they be able to tell us what we were eligible for in trade-in. So, pay off the phone in full between 200-300 and then they tell us IF we qualify for an upgrade and for how much and it 'could be anywhere between 300 and 1000 depending on the plan' (and here they took another opportunity to try and hard sell an entirely new plan even though we only needed a new phone). Finally out of exasperation we asked to just get the 'old' replacement phone with the Insurance we have fully paid for, but, that is a separate service NOT HANDLED AT ALL BY VERIZON AND YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT! Just terrible horrible no good very bad service from a customer perspective. It may not be the employee's fault, it seems like Verizon set them up for failure with all of the ridiculous rules and plans. In any event, we just walked over to AT&T and traded everything in without a challenge or upsells or bs. I'd avoid this store and Verizon if possible.
