We had been loyal to Verizon... until my phone started glitching at the worst possible moments (is there ever a convenient time for tech drama?). We happened to be near an AT&T store and decided to "just pop in" to compare plans. Enter: Britney. I don't know if it's the difference between Verizon and AT&T, or California and Dallas hospitality, but the energy shift was immediate. The store was calm, well-staffed (four team members on a Monday afternoon), and every client was being helped with real patience -- no rushing, no hovering, no sales pressure. Britney was exceptional. Flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She walked us through every deal and promotion without making it feel transactional. She made small talk, kept the process light, and handled everything seamlessly. I was able to sit there working on my laptop the entire time without losing a single hour of productivity -- she only paused to grab a signature or get my opinion when needed. Dream scenario. An hour later, I walked out with a brand-new phone and zero stress. She was so informative and easy to work with that my dad even took down her information to come back and switch his line purely based on his experience with her. That says everything. The store itself is clean, organized, easy parking, and there's even a cute coffee shop (Lala) around the corner if you need a post-upgrade latte moment. Took forever to service , they werent even doing anything . and we were next and took 30 min + so I just left

Our experience with employee Tanner did not begin well (11/19). We only requested to change the cell number on the account, and after going back into the store and asking Tanner about what he changed on the account (bec we received numerous emails about the changes to the plan???), Tanner confirmed he did not alter our plan and did not change any of the charges on the account for future bills. We visited the store 4 additional times because when we checked our account online, we could tell that Tanner altered the features on the account by adding a second line (and then removing it, which sent the system into placing prorated charges on that 2nd line), WHICH WE DID NOT ASK FOR! So we felt very uncomfortable with the things Tanner was telling us. We even confirmed with Tanner when we left the store on 11/19, did you alter our bill or our plan in any way? His response was "no I did not". We had to wait over 21 days for the bill to be posted for the month of December before we could get any satisfaction from the managers, and I understood that. Tanner told us that that was the way THEY do it. Seriously? Originally our bill was always $78 and some change, because of how Tanner altered our plan, our new bill was now $178, so he obviously altered the bill. One of the things that Tanner also did not inform us of, was the $35 activation fee for changing the phone #. So that was an issue as well. Did Tanner really believe that we would not figure this out? Our superhero in this scenario was one of the managers, Arnold H. Arnold made promises to us to make it right and he kept those promises! It took time for the specific credits to be applied, but we appreciated working with Arnold H. so much. He was always smiling, always positive. He said not to worry, that he would take care of the additional charges, and HE DID JUST THAT! So I say to Arnold H., "keep up the good work!" Your customer service was 5 star. Your help in this instance relieved a lot of stress that Tanner caused by his mistake in adding a second line, when all we needed and all we asked for was a different cell number. Some of these people don't even know what they are talking about they giving a star less because of a kiosk being out of order like come on who cares pay online its 2025. others are complaining because they wanted to save a buck and get the go phone plan and are made they don't get the same service as other plans thats the whole freaking point of getting the cheaper plan is to not have the same service as the premium plan like dude are you for real none and he even said customer service was great at the store and still put 1 star like nah the store is probably amazing and people scared to go because of these stupid reviews that have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STORE. This store is amazing the staff is great customers want one thing and then complain when something gets added and they change there mind so an employee has to scramble and redo everything and something gets messed up because not everything is as simple as it may seem learn customer service before writing a review. I would like to brag about...Jacery! (I think that is the correct spelling; he's a tall, thin black man.) Anyhoo, I was real frustrated because someone stole my I-phone. Jacery was instrumental in getting my new I-phone to functioning; he downloaded my e-mails into my inbox, which someone from Apple couldn't do! He also "taught" me how to do functions on my new phone, of which I wasn't used. Jacery was polite, welcoming, and everything I would want in an employee of yours. Ignacio saved the day! He provided real customer service and in doing so resolved a huge 3/4G to 5G debacle. First he listened, then, searched for an identical device through AT&T/Enjoy and had the new device delivered AND activated to my door the very next day! Of course I may have mentioned switching to Verizon or Xfinity after 50 years of AT&T service, but Ignacio got the job done and saved his customer!! read more

You'd best get a manager to help you when you start off. No one else in the store can do any thing without the manager's help. I'm back because I came in for a new phone late last year. It was taking a long time so they said I could go and they would finished things up. We'll, they probably hit their new sales bonus because they added a new line. I'm back today, sitting forever while they make a change to the account that can't be done by phone. read more

Well I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews because when I go here I get great service. Someone's always there to open the door for me and check me in if necessary. Today, all I was doing was paying my bills. Ugh Well u know its not anyone's favorite time but love the kiosks which make it easy. However, not to management. One has been out of order for a month now!!! It be nice if att could fix it and for some reason the other kiosk wanted my password and didn't recognize my # so I had to go look it up. I've been here many times because it's my neighborhood and convenient but I would go here again. I really wonder why all the bad reviews??? Sometimes, I feel like the service is too good cause I'm like "I just need to pay a bill, no need for anything else" but they have to greet you and ask it seems. There's always someone standing at the door and opening it for the customers. Only reason I took off a star is because the kiosk that's out of service and has been for at least one month. read more

Purchased a phone, unlocked, and went on their "Go Phone" plan to save money. It is much cheaper and has plenty of minutes. I noticed about a year ago a change in my signal strength. It wasn't a big problem until lately. Seems I cannot call out unless I'm outside my house. Went by the AT&T store and the customer service was outstanding. They went through the phone and even replaces the SIM card. Signal was a bit better. Noticed that I was having trouble making a connection lately. Called the AT&T tecnical guys @ 611, and they told me that since I had gone to the "Go Phone" option that I don't get their premium service anymore and I am subject to some service towers very distant, meaning I get Crappy service, I try to save a buck and I get the less than regular AT&T service. I WILL be switching to a different service after 20 years of commitment. Wow! That is not good customer service! read more

The manager that runs this store is dumb and clueless and has no idea what she's doing. I tried to come in and purchase an Apple Charger and I used Apple Pay as a payment method. I got 3 notifications, that said the transaction went through. One for my Apple wallet, one for my bank statement and one through text message and she's going to still tell me that it didn't go through when my bank balance went down from purchasing that charger! This is going to have the nerve to sit in my face and say my bank is messed up, when my payment method works every time! And then say she's not going to give me the product until I pay again. She attempted to charge me $40 for a charger. Horrible service. read more

The personal at this AT&T location were nice. I stopped by in the afternoon to setup a new AT&T account and it took a matter of minutes. There was no wait, which is a huge plus, because every other AT&T store I walk into I'm always the third or fourth person in line. The employees were friendly, not over talkative and not overly helpful. I would visit this location again due to not having to wait and the speedy service. It did strike me as odd that the personal wasn't a tad nicer, usually even under high pressure the AT&T employees are a bit nicer and a bit more helpful. When the employee was done setting up my account he didn't really say anything to me, just assumed I knew he was done. All in all, it's a good location to get in and out of quickly. read more

The customer service left a lot to be desired. I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone while 2 employees just sat around and talked. When I finally got help the guy asked me what type of phone I wanted. I told him i phone 6. He said " which one?" I asked him what my options were. He then stated, " man, yall need to get it together. You come in here and don't even know what you want.." Then proceeded to tell me the options in a condescending manner. Terrible customer service, incompetent employees. They don't know anything and have to call AT&T& on the phone to her answers. The employees are rude and one lady was talking bad about a customer to the other employee and the rest of us customers could hear her! Don't know her name but she's a fat curly hair female with a tattoo on her right ankle. Since the employees where incompetent I had to wait an hour to ask the manager a question. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. My mother-in-law went in for a SIM card change. The store needed me to be present or call ATT customer service to add my mother-in-law as an authorized user. I didn't want to do either since I should be able to verify the account info over the phone. The manager, Will, wasn't very helpful either. In fact he hung up on me! Poor customer service. Ordered a phone for me, and added insurance without asking or telling me! Now tells me to call AT&T to solve the problem they created. I went in specifically to get a car charger and a extra cable certified for Apple iPhone 6. Door was opened for me 30 ft away by Les. He took my issue/need, showed me product options, proceeded through some issues with their scanning software, recognized it wasn't working right and manually entered the product skews. Then Les showed me the product, asked me if I knew how to use it; wanted to know if I needed a bag; assured the customer behind me that he be done in just a moment to help her. Les then handed me the product, smiled, shook my hand and escorted me to the door, opened it for my exit. I very much liked my service and his adaptation to issues along the way. All that happened in less than 15 minutes. read more

NOT EVEN 1 star! This company!! I have been working for 4 days TRYING to port 6 lines from Verizon to AT&T, 6 days! I spent 11 hours, literally, on the phone with SEVERAL representatives on Friday. Such a long story, but the short of it is this...they flagged my shipment TWICE as fraud, but rather than contacting me, they recalled my shipment of 6 phones back, TWICE! The worst part? They took my money for both shipments! How is that possible? I didn't send the shipments back, I didn't cancel anything, they did, but yet they STILL charged my account TWICE!! And when I call, I get bounced around (thus the 11 hours on the phone) I am sure that the employees just don't want to fool with any problems. Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! I appreciate the fact they take extra measures to ensure their customers identity has not been stolen, but the way it is handled is crazy! Why not call? Why not an email? The only way I found out was because I was tracking my order (both times) and found that it had been recalled by the shipper. I would love to speak with someone in customer service...oh wait...I DID! NO HELP! BUT, like I said, they had NO problem taking my money...for product that they recalled! I am wondering if that is even legal???? They have over $500 of my money, but they recalled the phones. Shady practice for sure! They were going to save me money, it was going to be cheaper than Verizon...now I know why. I have never had a problem with Verizon customer service. I have been with them for over 10 years. I spoke with one person that was helpful, his name was Greg out of Texas.
