Came here on a Tuesday at 1:30pm ... the doors were locked but they had a sign that says open. Store hours indicate Monday - Saturday 11am-7pm. No one in sight. The associate denied we had that feature and coerced my stepson into believing that and made him pay off his phone in order to get a new one, then she refused to allow him to trade in the paid off phone. This was all done so the associate would get paid their commission. I even spoke to her on my so sons speaker phone and she agreed with me but once she was alone in the store with my 21 yo stepson she she convinced him he wasn't eligible until he paid the phone off which goes against the Next Up feature of our plan. Mao also made me authorized changes to our family plan without our knowledge or approval, she removed the insurance plan from other devices, changed the monthly service plan on other lines on our account without our knowledge or approval. Only go to a corporate store, this affiliate store inside a liquor store is only there to take money from you not assist and support you as an att customer. read more

I went to upgrade my iPhone to the latest iPhone phone and was immediately greeted by Emmanuel upon entering the store. Emmanuel provided excellent customer service and excellent value for products I bought. I was in and out of there with my new phone in 20 minutes. Came into the store to ask for a new SIM card for my new iPhone that I bought in Hong Kong. The manager told me that she had other customers came in and asked for the same thing but AT&T SIM card no longer compatible with the new iPhone 14 and 15. I spent 15 minutes there and she fuzzed around with my new phone and no result. After I went back to Palm Springs I went to a AT&T there and the guy just gave me a new SIM card and I popped it in and works like a charm. He said he never heard about AT&T SIM card doesn't work with the new iPhones. I really doubt the knowledge and experience of the manager in the AT&T branch in Daly City. She didn't know she was talking about and misdirected me by not bothered to bring out a SIM card for me to try on the phone. It could be something so simple. Luckily I took my time and visited another store to find out what she told me wasn't true. read more

Went there today on Friday April 29 hoping to help my mom upgrade her old iPhone 6 to the new iPhone 13. Went to this location hoping she could get the answers she was seeking since the staff should all know chinese and there's language barrier. Long story short, there was only one employee, a young man in his early 30s. I waited like 15 minutes before he helped us because he was on the phone for a personal errand. I could tell, he kept asking about a credit card and refund, seriously making a personal call and errand at work. And when I finally got service he kept calling me "uncle" which offended me because it made me feel like a old man, I'm only 31. And when I told him to stop calling me uncle and that I'm only 31, his response was something like "I'm 32, I got kids." Told him we're like the same age. And he didn't listen well. My simple question was how much would this iPhone 13 cost, and his response was to go on his tablet and proceed to enter all this info and order the Phone when I was still in the "thinking phase" and I'm not set yet if I wanna get this phone until I know the contract and cost. And my mom wanted to just Pay this phone off today but he said we can't, gotta do a monthly installment plan. Weird. Then he offered to have a full conversation with my mom in chinese using Google translate, I told him that wouldn't work. We'd need the other female employee who knew chinese but she was on break. He seemed adamant that his translation device would he enough to have a full conversation with my mom This whole transaction with him calling me uncle and his poor listening skills was incredibly awkward. He totally wrecked my day. Needless to say I left without making any order. read more

We have been returning customers for almost two decades now. Yes, I've been to other stores including those as far as Los Angeles, CA several times. But I still like this one the most. They are totally knowledgeable, straightforward, and tech-savvy like my group of friends back when we were young too. ;-P We have worked with several different teams throughout the decades, and they have all been awesome. There's only two or three people working here, don't expect amazing fast service. Prepare to wait awhile, it's a small store. They speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin so this store is specifically targeted towards the Asian community. read more

Great experience! I upgraded my phone and mobile plan in less than an hour. The Rep setup my phone and installed the case. He also told me about promotions I qualified for and didn't push them. They were fast and provided great service. Parking is not great because there are a lot of stores in the plaza. read more
