Really didn't greet me except calling me over with next. I told her what happened and that I needed a new box. Again, went and asked if I checked all plugs and rebooted. They did that on the phone and sent me in. I am sure the notes were on my account. Then took my box and added then new one to my account. Said I was all set and that was it. Didn't ask if I needed anything else, just couldn't wait to get me out the door.

They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!
