You have to be a habitual liar to work at this store. On 6/1/26 I tried adding home internet to my AT&T phone account. The employees at E. Greenwich assured me my monthly bill would increase from $45 to $93. By July, my monthly bill had zoomed to $271 and by September was over $400. They had also sneaked into my account useless services I never purchased. Furthermore, AT&T's home internet never worked right. I'd have service for minutes at a time but get disconnected several times a day. Right now I'm on hold waiting to cancel all services and be rid of those young hustlers. read more

This is the worst At&t store I have ever been in. Cameron who is the store manager was rude. I upgraded my devices online and chose the pick up in store option. I was given one of my upgrades but there was an issue with the other. Cameron refused to help me or give me a number to call. He also insulted me in front of my children and other customers. I went into this store to get a new iphone 16 for my son. A man began helping us. He seemed nice. A manager then came over and, while the person was helping us, sent him home for wearing the wrong color shirt and said he'd be with us shortly. He then finished helping another customer. When he was done with him, he chased the employee out into the parking lot, yelled something at him and then came back inside the store. He then loudly told my 12 year old son "I have the worst f%$#^ing employees in the world." I told him his language was unacceptable and we'd be taking out business elsewhere. I am so dissapointed in ATT wireless. As soon as we walked out my son said "that guy ticked off every box for bad customer service and is so unprofessional." RUN AWAY: Go To Corp Store in Warwick Mall. Purchased phone in November. Never received the phone from the store: "It's not here: We will call you". Many trips to store and meeting with Corp Prime Communications execs. Now receiving collection warning of +800.00 for a phone I never accepted. They are a joke. Manager got canned. Store should be closed! Latest email " We would like to provide you with one last opportunity to resolve this account before it is turned over to an external collection agency, which may have a negative impact on your credit report." read more

I do not recommend the store on division Road. They are a bunch of rip offs. They say they're gonna do something. They don't do it. They said they did do it and didn't do it. I traded in a phone now. They took my old phone and they said they would send it. To AT&T company and they AT&T said they never received it. They said they did. It's trying to charge me $333 because they said they never received the phone. So if you go to that store plan on being rip store, do not recommend them at all a bunch fucking assholes so if like to give your money you wanna I'm concerned the chase is on. Me and my whole family were helped by Isaiah (store manager) he bounced around to help 4 families at the same time. I have never had a good experience at a phone store until that day with Isaiah. The worst. Purchased an iPhone 6, and less than 48 hours later, it was completely dead. Their "policy" is that once it leaves the store, it's not their problem, it's Apple's. Not true, says Apple. Put the manager, Andrew, on the phone with Apple, they yell at each other and hang up. "If you have a problem, you can talk to the regional manager," but then refuses to give the manager's information. Then my 83 year father-in-law is kicked out of the store, simply for trying to get resolution to the issue. I will never do business here ever again, and I strongly advise AT&T to review their relationship with this establishment, as it is a blight on the company as a whole. read more

Went into store to get a replacement of my Pelican case holster. Was under a year old and clearly still under warranty. Was being helped until the manager got involved and declined to honor the warranty. Said it wasn't covered. It had broken into three pieces. Will never do business with these people again. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in Boston and they didn't have time to perform the transfer of contacts from my old iPhone to the new phone. I visited the East Greenwich AT&T Store to have the transfer performed. The iPhone had already been deactivated (so no carrier connection) and WiFi was not active. I showed the service person the list of contacts to move. He worked on the transfer for several minutes, and then came back showing me an empty contacts list. Somehow he had delete the list I had shown him. He explained to me they had not been on the phone, but on a server, and when he deactivated the server, the phone could not access them. Of course, in fact there had been no carrier or WiFi connection active when I presented the list to him, so the contacts could not have come from a sever, bu had really resided on the phone - because there was no connection to a server. He deleted my contacts from the phone and left me with the problem. Thanks for that. read more

Possibly the worst customer service ever received in any industry. I went into the store looking for help with Direct TV. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager to finish a conversation with a buddy about the NCAA tournament my questions about that service were rudely answered. When I suggested that I wasn't getting help from Direct TV the answer was "call Dish". I tried to tell him I was a 20+ year customer of AT&T and he pointed across the street at the TMobile store and suggested I take my business there. What's funny is I immediately went to the ATT store 4 miles away and they lowered my phone bill and got me signed up with Direct TV in 10 minutes! ATT Management: you are better than this. I can only presume your store manager is getting paid by your competitors to drive business from your firm. read more

The customer service here was incredibly disappointing. I definitely back up Frank M.'s review about there being a "bros" mentality and vibe in the store. The guy there acted extremely rude and uninterested with my concerns. I am easygoing person, but I was shocked by the poor service I received (and witnessed other women receive by this man while I was in the store).
