So, they returned it to me and the same day it cut off and never came back on.......I also had to make a second trip because they removed my stand and forgot to put it back on.....Weeks later, I simply purchased a new PS5 but keep the old one. Did some research and found that it might be experiencing a power supply issue. I ordered a new power supply and installed it........Fixed. This is a service they offer but when I mentioned it, they said it would cost additional money to be shipped out and had no timetable on when it would be completed. I fixed it in 30 minutes....The only positive, they were very polite...I just wish they were as knowledgeable as they were polite.

Saw all the great reviews on this place. What really hooked me in was this "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they have on their site so I decided to go and check them out. Came in and he told me that it would be $130 to fix the screen. At first I didn't want to pay it but he assured me that I was in safe hands with his 90 day money back guarantee on the receipt. I was still unsure but I decided to pay it because I needed my phone for my business. Instantly I noticed the cheaper material that they use. The color was different and I was having trouble getting it to work properly. About a month and a half later my phone randomly shuts off while on a zoom call. -No physical damage -No water damage Just cheap material. It would not turn on. I come back to the store the following day and explain to him my situation and show him my receipt. At first he tells me that I must've damaged it or dropped it but I told him that it wasn't possible. I have a case and it's always on me. I would know if I dropped it. He then tells me that replacing the LCD is not apart of the money back guarantee policy and that if I wanted to fix my phone I would have to make another purchase of $130!
