A water treatment guy came to my house for maintenance and i asked him if he knew of anybody for cell repair. He pointed me to Alibaba's after a good experience he had there. Alibaba is very nice and personable. He gave me a quote to replace the screen. I accepted. A little later it was determined that the new screen would actually cost more but he kept the price the same. He told me he had the new screen in stock and he would call me later on the day with a status. He called me. The new screen did not work but he said sometimes nes screens are defective. He ordered a new screen which came the next day. He called me to let me know he installed the 2nd new screen and that i could pick it up anytime. I did an hour later. The phone was in great working condition. He did not budge on his original price. I will definitely take any repairs to Alibaba's again in the future and spread the word to anybody else i need. When you enter his small repair shop, look around and meet him, you will know that he is totally dedicated to his craft and has been for many, many years.

To make matters more cringy, and uncomfortable , she was blatantly gossiping to the black male security guard about another co-worker bad mouthing her saying, "Yeah, she's crazy . She's too much." Quite impressive seeing that because you would assume by doing that they would have to get an update from the user but they both were in sync. I was being helped by Zamira and she had great knowledge of the products and the plans that T-mobile has. Anything I asked her about, she was able to provide a quick answer. I ordered the S22 Ultra 256GB in black and I was excited that I could have the return kit mailed to my house. Even though Zamira could not assist to complete the transaction, Stephanie picked right up where she left off! I was able to have all of my questions answered, even the ones that they could not assist with, they both were able to provide more information on how I could get the answer. Dropped off the phone about 1pm and by 4pm it was back working 100%. Didn't cost a us anything since it was under warranty.
