(3) they asked for a death certificate to close my father's account which made sense, but when I brought it to the store, they never asked for it or looked at before closing the account, and (4) the store is unable to accept payments in cash unless you round up to the next dollar because payments are only through a kiosk that doesn't give change. I know, who pays cash anymore, right? But after Cox repeatedly called me about the cancellation of services after I told them the service was for my father who passed away and they still didn't stop the sales calls, I didn't want to provide them with any other means of data collection off me or my family by using a credit card.

Because of our location we struggled with service issues that eventually led us to switch to business class cable once it became available at our site. I just want to say that MegaPath tried very hard to resolve and mitigate the problems we experienced.
