upgraded my phone last Christmas supposedly would not raise my bill more than $11. It actually raised it over 100. Now I'm having to upgrade again to save the additional money they're charging me a month?? but I'm worried I'll end up paying 10 times what I agreed in the first place AGAIN. not to mention we asked over and over and over again "are you SURE?? $11 seems to good to be true" and they assured us itd never go over $11 what we were already paying. tried upgrading my husbands phone and our bill went from a little over $100 to almost $300 a month bc somebody added an entire new line of service, which you can't take off of your account unless you fully pay off the phone which defeats the purpose of the reason why we upgraded because we're supposed to be paying for a plan where you don't have to pay off your phone before you upgrade to the next one. at&t scams the f*** out of u if we werent stuck with them we would go somewhere else but they will trap you into having to stay or paying off 3 phones u should never had to pay off in the first place. read more

So I told her I was having problems and she hooked me up with a associate. He was very helpful it didn't take him 10 mins to fix my phone. At no cost yippie!!!! We came in Wed night to upgrade our phone and were told to save everything to the cloud bc they do not offer data transfer. We made a verbal agreement to come back the next night and work with the same clerk. In the process, my husband told the clerk he read online the promotion was going to end soon. The clerk went to the back and checked with a manager then came back to reassure us that was incorrect and the promotion would still be in effect. The next night my husband came back and requested the same clerk but was told he was not working that night come back Saturday. Just went in and the promotion is expired! These guys are not trained well enough to give accurate information. So frustrating.....we did everything right, ask all the right questions, followed their advice and now missed the opportunity. I wanted to pay my bill - kiosk was resetting - then failed (again) Tried to pay employee - they demanded to see my drivers license and to scan it before I could pay. (what?) I have had this number and paid for the service for over 7 years and NOBODY ever demanded my ID to make a payment. Went to the Springdale location and they were fine. He wad even available to speak with my husband on the phone to make suggestions. Brandon was very professional and personable. He spent as much time with me as needed and never made me feel like I was being rushed. He assisted me with making educated decisions on how to proceed with our internet service. I'm new to this area and he was able to provide me directions to other locations. It's been stressful moving to a new area and Brandon really helped bring down my stress level. I went in for a simple insurance issue and found out I was removed as an authorized user on my family business account which my parents and I manage. Was trying to sort this issue out with an employee and was doing just fine until the store manager rudely inserted himself into the situation neither his coworker or I asked for his assistance. As a sexual assault survivor with severe ptsd, the store manager randomly and quite rudely inserting himself freaked me out. I can only handle one interaction with a strange man at a time. This store manager was a total asshat - once my panic attack started they both became quite rude and I can honestly say I will never do business at this location again. read more

I called 10 times yesterday and got no answer. I finally came in to the store, they put me on the list and I was there about an hour with 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Very poor customer service. When I was finally helped I was told my phone was locked up and I needed to come back today and do a manufacturer warranty to get a new phone...so I'm here waiting on a manager...they put me on the waiting list again. The manager is supposed to be off at 5 but can't walk out here to do a warranty? They are losing a customer of 8 years period. read more

Went in to the store today because our internet service went down. They were burying cables and something clearly didnt get set up correctly. Instead of being any help, they gave me a phone number to call. So i sat on hold for 45 minutes until i was hung up on, my hold lasted past their business hours. I called another service center and was on the line for nearly another hour... just to tell them that my internet is down because someone was incompetent on their end. Finally was able to get a hold of someone who scheduled a tech to come out in 4 days. So now i have no service, and have to take friday off because of atnts incompetence. For anyone thinking about atnt fiber.. the support is terrible. If atnt messes up, be prepared to spend an entire day working to fix their mess. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service and management imaginable. My daughter lost her phone and received a replacement. She called AT&T to activate her new phone and the customer service rep inadvertently swapped my husbands SIM card number with my daughters shutting off service to my husbands phone which is irreversible. (We are in TX and our daughter is in AR in college.) Customer service advised my husband and my daughter to both go to the nearest AT&T store to obtain a new SIM card. This in itself is beyond inconvenient for both. When my daughter arrived at the Fayetteville store the manager refused to accept her College ID as proper identification (her DL was lost along with her phone). She explained that she is unable to access the account at all without swiping her DL. I understand that there are certain procedures that they must follow, however, some situations require special circumstances and attention. WE HAVE BEEN WITH ATT SINCE 1999. I have never had them swipe my DL at the store only glance at it after I have given them my information. I contacted the store manager, Chris Rogers, hoping to put her at ease and to tell her the now 5 hour ordeal that we were dealing with because of a mistake made by AT&T . I offered to email a copy of her passport and she refused. I offered to give her all of the account information over the phone including the passcode that is required when you contact customer service, she refused. She was completely unwilling to help out in a unusual situation. Just all together a miserable and unempathetic person. My husband tried talking to her to find a solution and she refused any help. After contacting customer service again we were advised that she could go back to the store and obtain a new SIM card without having to access the account and could then contact AT&T customer service to activate the phone. The customer service rep attempted to contact the store manager for an hour to communicate this information. My daughter then takes another trip back to the store and yet again Chris Rogers refused to give her a new SIM card and offered zero help. We are now 6.5 hours in and nothing! My husband was able to walk into our AT&T store here in TX and the representative was beyond helpful and apologetic about the circumstances. He asked my husband his phone number, name and the passcode on the account, after pulling up our account he glanced at his DL, did not have to swipe it, and gave him a new SIM card. That is customer service! I would be mortified if I had that type of customer service and management running my company. Again we have been with ATT SINCE 1999 and will be seriously considering changing providers read more
