Both times I went there they said that the manager needed to be there to release the phone to me and both times the manager wasn't there and I was told that he would be back the next day both times I went there on the time of day they suggested I'd be there. I've already waited for my phone as it was on back order and now I have to wait another week because now I'm getting another phone from a different location in a different state. All because of this incompetent manager of the store cannot appropriately train the children working here. I'm thoroughly pissed I've been a T-Mobile customer for 25 plus years and no one even including me with the years under my belt should not be treated like this. I'm calling for the resignation of this manager

So, I was extremely disappointed with the Fayetteville Best Buy when I was in their location a few…read moreweeks ago. I walked into the store around 8pm and the store was not busy. I was shopping for a new power cable for my computer ( the new dog is a chewer). I walked over to the computer section and I had two employees walk past me and not even acknowledge me. I walked around the computer section until I found the power cable isle. I was able to figure out what power cable I needed (thank you google and Amazon). I selected the item that I needed. Due to the poor customer service and I had some time to kill, I decided to stand in the computer section until someone acknowledged me. I waited almost 10 minutes before someone from another department walked over to me and asked if I needed any help. The employee that asked if I need any help was very friendly and helpful about computers. He answered my questions and thanked me for stopping in. This employee is the reason why they are getting 2 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend this Best Buy to anyone. My recommendation would be to order the item online and or try a different Best Buy location.

Worst customer experience of my life…read more Paid for a TV in excellent condition. When I got it home, the item had none of the materials with it. It wasn't even returned to factory settings. By Best Buy's own definitions, it was "good" at most, possibly "fair." But I guess as long as this store can get an extra $200 out of me, they'll say whatever. Tried to get delivery, but they couldn't do that without a long process that wouldn't work with my card without taking several days. I would have to "return" the item I hadn't even picked up yet. Wait for a open-box process. Wait for the refund to hit my account, so I could buy it again. Was just told, "well, you have six days to pick it up." So, I ended up spending $50 on a uHaul. After I realized all the issues with the TV, I tried to talk to a manager. Was told it would be just a minute. Waited with my kids for 45 minutes. When I glanced at the back of the store, the manager was sitting down, shooting the breeze with someone. The store had been closed for 30 minutes. I went home because my kids needed to go to bed. Chat support agreed that the customer service had been awful, and they made a report. They told me I would receive a call from the store manager within 2 hours of business next day. That was over a week ago. Still nothing. This store owes me about $250, but I guess not even the manager cares about customer service. I've shopped at this store for nearly 30 years, but I won't be going back.
