Identifing and replacing components is a difficult task, I know because I have been in IT most of my career. So kudos to Asad. I'm changing my rating because I received a defective product, was apologized to, and offered a new product by the owner. I go in there on a Wednesday night to get my screen protector replaced and as luck would have it, all of the matte iPhone 5C screen protectors are defective. Womp womp. Instead of letting me leave empty handed, he put on a different (tempered glass, ergo way more expensive) screen protector, wasn't matte, but was explosion-proof... He installed it quickly and came out beautiful. I left really happy, my long journey to Queens was not in vain. Great customer service, really nice guy and very honest and friendly even though I left the meanest review earlier, with a lot of vulgarity. I'll be back if I have any iPhone issues or any issues with my Macbook, as all of my Applecare has long expired.
