Honestly don't come to this location. Unfortunately the members of this location don't want to solve your needs or actually help. I came here today and was assisted by Kristi and she didn't seem to really care why I was there or for what I had to say regarding my device problem. This team member didn't have my device fully in her hand before telling me it's my charger port and to go to walmart to have it fixed. If you value your time, honestly drive the extra 5 mins to bryan irving location! Went over to the bryan irving location, they actually assessed and fixed the issue. read more

DFW area Beware of door to door salesman Robert Acosta with AT&T wireless. He will tell you that your bill will be comparable to Metro with four lines "within a few dollars", just to stick you with a $398 bill when Metro is 100 for four lines and then he will Ghost you. He is a sales thief, like that of most used car salesman. Buyer beware!!! I went back to Metro, where they are honest and reliable. Shame on you, Robert Acosta with AT&T. I went in 1hr before closing to upgrade my phone. The Manager Corey took care of me. And this was not easy this process ending up taking just about an hour. Considering this was past closing time, I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism, as well as being very personable. What is the point of this AT&T if you guys aren't able to help with user accounts? Makes no sense.

2 years ago I had cell phone, internet, and TV with this company. How I wish I never got involved with this dishonest company. This has nothing to do with the store, or the employees inside, but they should know who they are working for. There is no other place to write about the dishonesty of ATT. This review is AT&T as a whole, and does not reflect the character of the workers in the retail store. However, AT&T as a whole loves to over charge you, and they have all these crazy ways to reimburse you the next month as a credit (all 3)., but they charge you the full price. Unfortunately, they cannot process their credits and adjustments properly and you must watch them closely. Why not leave them??? I was in a 2 year contract so it's up to me to keep an eye and spend at least an hour on the phone every time this happens which happened about every other month. The first 3 months they said they would credit me next month (it never happened), and I had to spend several hours on the phone escalating the issue. They also lied about the deals they offered me and when the bill came back, I called and they said well since you got rid of your TV account you don't qualify for that and I was locked in an internet contract. Lastly, my contract just finished, but I was on a mob. I needed an international passport, so I called and got one. I then found out that they offered it freely to people involved in the covid response. My wife called and got me in the free promotion and I was to be credited on my Acct and she also suspended my phone and reduced the monthly cost to 10 dollars after that bc I had to by a local phone to get better service/deal. We were busy and separated from our mob. Guess what happened? No credit, no 10 dollars a month for my half of the bill, it was 30 dollars! I cancelled my account with AT&T when I got back because I had it, I'm moving and the new place has spectrum (44.95 for 200 mb/s download - total cost with modem and no fees taxes are included!). I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T!!! If I were you I'd go elsewhere. I just spent an hour and 45 min on the phone (and be passed 4 times and explaining each time with my documentation, they still kept our 106 dollars even though I asked them to listen to the recordings where we were told we would be reimbursed. She then wants to credit our internet Acct (last month of 27 dollars instead of 106). I said no and I don't trust them bc someone will tell me that she told me wrong like Debbie and Tyrone from customer service about our credits. You've been warned!!! read more

If I could give a zero I would. The wait for forever and watched people come in wait and leave. Not even acknowledged when you walk in. The worker even made a comment that he didn't care and was not going to work faster and they can just do to a different store. The female worker Martha was trying to be helpful to everyone and did say hello. Keep her and lose the other one. Won't be back but as the male said he didn't care either way. My phone had possibly been compromised by a hacker and Corey and the team at the AT&T store were awesome with their advice and customer care. Corey took the time to help sync my old data over to the new phone, he was the consummate customer care professional. When your life is on your phone and something as serious as someone trying to gain access to your information is happening, you need knowledgeable, and personable staff to help you remain calm and that you can trust to get you back on track. Destiny was such a great help. Great customer service. I got an iPhone 13 pro max. In and out the door

Worst customer service ever from an individual there. I wish I had of gotten his name but was too pissed by the way I was spoken to. I didn't get more than 5 feet inside the door and was met by some "know it all' who was absolutely the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. Had an iPhone that freaked out and would no longer accept the password or reboot. He insisted that I changed the password and that it couldn't be anything else. I assured him that wasn't the case and he stood there and told me "well somebody changed it...otherwise it wouldn't be like that". Guess what moron, I went to the AT&T store on Bryant Irvin where I was met by a professional (look that up when you get a chance, you tool) who was more than willing to share some knowledge with me. After attempting to reset the phone several different ways, it was determined that there was an issue with the electronics and it wasn't worth repairing. Happily bought a new phone from them. I was treated like a customer and not a burden. I always think a business has an owner somewhere that cares but maybe not. It is no wonder that the reviews are so poor for this store. read more

I walked in the store about an hour and a half ago to inquire about purchasing a new Iphone X. I was attended to by a sales associate named Cory (Jacorian M.), he did not even introduced himself and the I only found out about his name was through his badge. I actually did purchase the iphone XS but something happened that I had to request him to cancel the purchase at that time and as soon as I asked him to help me cancel the transaction he then became rude and unwilling to assist us in the process of canceling the transaction. He just told me to call 611 without even attempting to help me. I did as he suggested and the lady that assisted me over the phone said that she could not do it but the sales associate could actually walk me through the steps on how to cancel or return the phone. So I waited until he's done attending to another customer and told him that the customer rep on the phone will talk to him. After he's done talking to the phone I then asked him on what to do next. Then he started smirking saying that he could not do anything about it. And so I insisted on what to do since I don't want to purchase the phone at this time. Then at that point that's when he said that when the phone arrives on Monday that I should take it to the corporate office to return it. My thing is WHY would he make me call 611 and went to all the process of talking to the customer representative and wait for so long at the store when HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT IS TO RETURN THE PHONE TO THE CORP OFFICE! As a consumer I have every right to return or cancel the transaction. And if this sales rep can't accommodate and treat customers RIGHT then he needs to find another job! read more
