My family got in & out, and was provided with solid service. It wasn't busy at all so I'm sure that helped

He ignored me because he judged me and didn't even look at me when I tried To talk to him for reasons unknown. Customer service sucks. Especially the manager Lee. He treats the customers like idiots. Like we're all supposed to know the tricks he pulls. Tried to switch from Verizon from 30 years to then because I thought if holler a better deal, just ended up getting talked down to like I was an idiot every time I went by there and had to spend hours trying to figure out why only a part of my account would work. I have been a long time customer 20+ years with 5 lines and at times even up to 7 lines for business purposes but apparently loyalty doesn't go very far with T-Mobile I am truly disappointed that I'm seriously thinking about changing companies after all these years. When I went into this store, the first person to help me was horrible. He kept looking at his watch like he had something better to do. I asked for someone else to help me and got Ramsey. Ramsey was GREAT! He was helpful, considerate and went above and beyond in being the best face for quality customer service for T-Mobile. Thank you Ramsey for a job well done. Wow. Replacing my Sprint service has been a challenge. Saage was the man. He provided the necessary expertise, replacement iPhone and international plan. His efficiency & knowledge to successful satisfy my special needs. The program price and hardware package was extremely attractive. The value exceeded my previous program. I've been a customer for 15+ years, now I'm considering switching services due to the horrible customer service.

Well. I assume that when I go places that I pay $186 a month to, they want to help. Not the case with this store. Couldn't even explain what I needed before they said we needed to go to Apple. I'm not having an issue with my phone, but if you're lazy and don't give me the time of day, see ya!!! Super disappointed. read more

Negative 10 stars is my rating for this corporation! Back on October18 2016 we transitioned to T-mobile from Sprint PCS. HUGE MISTAKE! We received the phones on the 21st, activated them and found that we had no coverage for zip of 76073. We immediately sent the phones back with their shipping label and their box and attempted to cancel the service within 24 hours of activating their service. T-mobile employees told us that we had a 2 week grace period to cancel the service and not be charged anything. We were told they could not return the money for the phones until they got the phones back. This took a very long time and they misplaced 2 of the phones and tried to charge us 400 + dollars for the missing phones. Not only did they try to bill us for phones that had been returned, they also charged us 250.02 on Nov. 09 2016 for monthly services not rendered. Keep in mind we were back with Sprint PCS by OCT 29th with a better deal than we left and way better than what T-mobile was offering. It took T-mobile 10 seconds to wrongly take money out of my account and now it's going to take a month to put it back in. So fast forward... Dec 9th one month later and no refund so I called and was told to give them till next week, big surprise! Now its 12/12/16 and there was a 112.00 deposit in our account. Get this, we call today and they now need a routing # and account number to put it back in our account! So now it's going to be at least another at week to receive the remaining 138.00 and change via US mail because I will not be giving them access to my account again. Lesson learned. This company has made my list of top 5 worst run companies in the US. read more
