Staff were around, but I never interacted with any of them. It's crazy to me that back-to-school promotions have already started. Maybe there are year-round semesters here? My grad school started in mid-August for the fall semester, so maybe it's not wacky. The clearance section is small. It's in the left back corner of the store. There were some nice tumblers, but I have enough of them! The washrooms are at the back of the store. The women's was clean and nicely stocked. I like looking at rolling computer bags. There were a couple that were on sale, but they are all black and boring. I enjoyed looking at the brush and calligraphy pens, too. It was nice to browse around. I stopped by in search of a drafting chair due to a higher than average desk I have at home. There were not many employees on the floor, so I was not able to get assistance in my search until I went to the register and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He offered to look up locations that may have them around the area, as drafting chairs were only carried at specialty locations or online. I wasn't that pressed, so I just asked for the location details. In addition to that information, he also offered other solutions for taller desks such as mountable keyboard drawers and trays. Sadly they did not carry those either, but it did give me good idea for a cheaper alternative. Overall, the location is dated and in need of an update, but the shelves are stocked and the service was top notch!

I have been with Verizon for over 21 years. I went in for an iwatch for my child. Left with a new phone and 2 iwatches! Unfortunately, the manager pulled Jafarius away while he was assisting me and my family and questioned him on the time devoted to us. Other reps were with customers just as long. If Verizon is no longer client focused - mine and everyone else should go elsewhere.

He helped me get set up with a brand-new iPhone Pro that had just come back in stock and made the entire upgrade process quick and painless. On top of that, Kenny assisted me with switching over to Verizon Home Internet. Not only was the setup smooth, but I'm now paying half of what I was being charged with my old AT&T service--which was honestly terrible by comparison. He was talking all kinds of craziness about mine and my husband's emails being wrong, names spelled wrong, account being in different names, telling me I had to change info and wait for approx 4 months for things to process, etc etc. He did add if he could get things to work that we would save five dollars per phone, which would be $20 a month. After an hour of completely confusing me and getting me all rattled, he said he wanted to go consult with his manager. He returned and told me, when I had time to call Customer Service. He handed me a piece of paper where he had written down the customer service number. I was frustrated that the manager didn't even offer to come talk to me. I told the employee I was calling customer service in the store and resolving this, before I left. When I called Customer Service, I explained that I was in the AT&T store and the employee basically couldn't do anything on his end to help me after an hour and requested i call. The customer service guy said he couldn't figure out why the employee in the store was having such difficulty because he was able to pull my account up with no problem. He apologized for my inconvenience, and solved my issue in a matter of minutes. I learned a lesson... I will always attempt to call customer service, before I ever enter an AT&T store. Also, the Customer Service guy told me I would be saving $10 on each phone, total of $40 each month. So, that was more invalid information I was given in the store. The best thing about my whole experience at the AT&T store was the employee walked me over to the door and opened it for me to leave. I did inform him my issue was resolved quickly, and customer service questioned why it was so difficult for them to handle it in the store.

He tried BSing for a minute, but come to find out HE WAS APPARENTLY GOING TO PUT ANOTHER CHEAP LCD SCREEN IN MY PHONE in my phone. I told him my phone had an AMOLED display, you told me you were putting the same screen in and that was not the case, I would have not let you do the work if you were truthful. The screen is one of the main components you are paying for with a higher end phone. He then tells me AMOLED is going to be expensive. I ask how expensive and he says $100 more, which would bring me to $395 total with tax. I say ok that's reasonable. He orders it and I go back. It's a USED SCREEN, and at this point I just want a screen in my phone and it was in ok condition. He put the screen in, I pick it up. THE E6000 glue he used to put it together is A MESS OOZING OUT EVERYWHERE and THE BACK OF MY PHONE IS COMING OFF. I'm sure if I went back he would agree to "Fix" it, but no thanks. It's without a doubt no longer waterproof. Now I am going to have to pay to go somewhere else and hope and pray can remove all this excess glue and probably reseal the back glass.

I buzzed into the store to purchase a cord and while speaking with the owner, Greg, I began complaining about my system; slow, complaint 2 ... complaint 99, and I woefully suggested perhaps I needed to break down and purchase another system. Greg proceeded to share w/ me the great attributes of my laptop and then suggested replacing my factory hard drive w/ a solid state hard drive. Wow! All the difference in the world. The speed and responsiveness from my Latitude is incredible and in the process, Greg saved me money. I cannot recommend this business high enough.
