Told me that they were not asurion, that if I would like to do business with Asurion that they were located somewhere on 11th Ave downtown. Garbage. They're supposed to open at 10am. I arrived with my two little kids at 950am. They didn't open until 1040am. I asked how much to replace the glass - it sounded like she said $34.99 and $44.95. Then when I went to pay she said 4 44 95 and blamed me for mishearing. I think I would know if I was making - $500 purchase- I would just get a new phone. I'm sure it wasn't her way of saying "44495" My phone broke again w/i 24 hours and they said there's nothing they could do the warranty doesn't cover it. Well thanks for nothing. I brought an iPad into the Bellevue store in March for a screen repair. It was completed within 2 weeks but when it was returned the screen would go blank though sound still worked. We took it back to the store and they took it again to repair it. Since that time I have called weekly or every other week for an update. I've been told it's been "sent off" and should be back by the end of the week every time I've called. They also have not entered a work order for the return repair, so the employees who have tried to give me a status update are unable to. I've expressed concern with the missing work order and confusion about the actual status of my iPad. I've been told someone will call me back about this every time I've called and have not been called. At this point i'm unsure that they even know where my ipad is, much less if any work has been done to it. I do think the employees are doing their best. They have mentioned a merger that is underway that has caused complications. I'm only submitting this review in hopes that someone may be able to help me get my iPad back. 7/20/25 update-- I contacted customer service and was very pleased with their response. They took my concerns seriously and were able to get some clarity on the situation within a few days. This store has since resolved this issue and replaced my iPad since it was not able to be fixed. read more

I absolutely do not recommend taking consoles here. A job I was told would take 3-5 days to complete, took over 2 weeks with no communication unless I initiated it. I dropped off an Xbox on 2/3. I was told that they would run diagnostics and get back with me but it was likely the hdmi port and was told it would take 3-5 days. They never ran diagnostics nor got back with me. I called 2/14 and was told the parts were ordered and it would be fixed the following day. I asked if it was the hdmi port and what the diagnostics showed. He said he didn't run diagnostics because if the Xbox isn't giving a picture to the tv it's always either the port, or another part that is rare and unlikely. I went to get it on 2/17 - it hadn't been touched. The cashier said "did we call you? Or why are you here it's not done." Even though it was supposed to be done 2/15. I never got a call saying that they were not fixing it the following day as stated. I went to get it today and it wasn't fixable. Which is fine. What's not fine, is the lack of professionalism and keeping people informed of the process and giving timelines that are not followed. Well, I have to update my review (have used them 3 times so far). I took my computer here last week and never heard back for over 5 days. They would not answer the phone and I even drove down there several times but they weren't even open on Sat/Sun even though the hours on the door said they were. The issue was that the computer would not turn on - they told me it might be the screen but they weren't sure and couldn't even locate a screen for my computer. They basically gave it back to me and said "good luck" and even suggested I drive it to the Brentwood location to see if they can figure it out. I called Nashville Computer Guru and had a FANTASTIC experience with communication, turn around time and a low price. Tabitha even *picked up and delivered* my computer. We went to Apple in the mall & turns out we had to replace the whole phone. Which cost the same as replacing the LCD screen. About a month ago I noticed the screen on my iPhone 6S seemed to be coming loose from the case. It's an old phone (I don't want to upgrade because I like the headphone jack) so I wasn't too surprised. On Saturday it was noticeably worse and the screen had a pronounced BEND to it. Dr. Google said that my battery was going bad and could potentially catch fire. My Apple Care contract was over and I knew a trip to the Apple Store would be a slow slog. Then I remembered the work I'd had done previously here for a friends phone. That visit had been successful but not fully since I'd had to return for some follow up work that same day. This visit however was 100% satisfactory. I arrived just as they opened and was greeted by a friendly technician who quoted me a reasonable price ($70) for a new battery and a great turn around time (2 hours quoted, but he said it would be an hour). I went to get gas at a Nearby Costco and by the time I returned the work was done and my phone battery was replaced and working great. If you are out of warranty with Apple, uBreakiFix can certainly repair your Apple products quickly and with great care. I'm happy to update this review to 5 stars. read more

I went to uBreakiFix a couple of years ago for a repair on the camera lens of my LG5 ohone and it was fixed quickly and reasonably. Today I took the same phone because none of my charger cords will stay stuck in the receiver - or whatever it's called. My first thought had been to replace the phone, but I thought this might be an option. The guy behind the desk said that it could be fixed, but would cost well over $100 and I might be better to get a new phone. He looked up the price of my current phone and it was $136. Wow! These guys are great! I had a headphone plug stuck in the input jack. It was exceptionally difficult because it had broken in three pieces. Two other repair shops tried and couldn't fix it and wanted to charge me a bunch of money to open the phone and replace the input jack. So I took it to my man Nate at uBreakiFix in Belle Mead, TN. I was worried because so many places charge an arm and a leg to fix the phone. I went to apple to get it fixed and they immediately told me that I would have to replace my entire phone which would cost me $350!!!!!!!! I looked up this place and the guys were super nice. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained their guarantee on their repairs and told me some benefits on THEIR tempered glass screen. It only took an hour and they hooked me up. I had a coupon code through Yelp that was expiring the next day which I purchased a year ago, so the front desk guys had to confirm with their manager that everything was still valid since they hadn't seen this promo. Apparently people try to create fake coupons like this... They apologized multiple times for the extra wait, and I have to say, it's unfortunate that we live in a time where an employee has to apologize to a patron for doing their job properly. Seriously! The employees were courteous and helpful the entire time. And even with that extra validation procedure, our phone repair was still completed in a timely manner. My faith is restored! I broke my screen but even before that happened I was having issues with my phone. I took it to the Harding Place uBreakiFix store next to Publix. They are between a yogurt and wine store if you need to hang out somewhere while it is being repaired. Anyway, they replaced my screen and I wish I could tell you that was the end of my dilema (1st world problems, right?). Well, next my home button would not work and there was a problem called "ghost touching" happening. I thought Siri had possessed my Iphone 6+. So now, it worked but barely. Home button innoperable, ghost touching and battery was still bad. I needed the phone ASAP so they activated a "virtual" home button, sympathized with my situation and just said bring it back to them when I had time. Well, yesterday I dropped it off at the same store. I knew they were going to need to take it to the Apple store in Cool Springs because they informed me of this. I figured there was no way I would get it back in less than a week. The Green Hills store is closed for remodeling and the Cool Springs store has a one week waiting list for repairs. Susan (of uBreakIFix) has such an excellent relationship with Apple that she somehow was able to have Apple diagnose it. UbreakIFix just called saying that everything is fixed and the phone is better than new! I am so grateful because I was just about to go the the AT&T store to buy a backup phone. They just earned a very appreciative and loyal customer. Do not mess around with the big box Office Supply stores which are offering glass replacement $10-15 cheaper. Those stores are not authorized to replace batteries because the store employee admitted to me they vented a Lithium battery in the store and lost their privileges to do so any longer. Google venting a lithium battery to see just how dangerous that is to the general public. uBreakIFix rocks and I would put them up against any repair business! I didn't get to meet the woman I spoke with but the gentleman that helped me was so friendly. Told me what the cost would be, how long it would take and the best time to pick up the phone.
