Had excellent service from Ely for a potentially unpleasant situation getting my mobile bill straightened out. We recently upgraded our phones and wanted to make certain that our iPads were synched as they were with our old phones. One iPad is WiFi only, but we had been charged as if it were cellular for over a year. Our bill is relatively low and withdrawn directly from our bank, so I don't get a paper monthly bill and didn't notice the charge. During our previous transaction our iPads were given new numbers for some unknown reason, then charged fees for being new lines. Ely called the customer service number for us and explained the situation to the rep, guiding us through the process. In the end, fees were reversed, the unwanted iPad service terminated and I was given credit for 6 months of iPad service fees that I shouldn't have paid in the first place. Ely could have sent us on our way and told us to call customer service ourselves, but he chose to help us personally. Thank you Ely! read more

COVID-19 phase: I had a mini breakdown. My cell died and wouldn't power up again. I had just did the update. Came here for help and nice, masked worker Johnny showed me and got it started up no problem. Thankful! He said it could just be a glitch from the update. Made my day better! Great service by the new manager sunny, the new staff is great and they are so nice and ready to help.

Went in to upgrade 4 phones on my plan. Save your time and go to a corporate store. They are only an authorized dealer. Blackstone store is sooo much better and more helpful. This store has very limited models displayed and the 2 young girls working there were as helpful as a potato. One wouldn't even make eye contact and the other had no clue what she was doing. Left and went to Blackstone store, they bent over backwards to help me and even got my bill lowered!!! read more

This place should have way more stars- the service was AMAZING and the staff was personable and went above and beyond to help my family out. Crystal spent HOURS with us setting my family up. We were having issues with our family plan, and I live in a different city right now, adding to our complications. She was so patient, spending all day talking to my parents at the store and me on the phone to not only straighten everything out but set us up with the perfect plan. Anyone having issues with their plan or are wanting to make a change should go here and ask for Crystal, the customer service was stellar. read more

Don't fall for the bait and switch. They promised me two new phones at $300 off each with two trade-ins. After spending an hour or so putting in all the information, they tell me that one of the phones won't qualify. So now it's $300 more than we agreed to. And then the plan that we agreed to for $35 a month, suddenly turned to $60 a month. That agreement just disappeared as well. Not sure why the salesperson does not know their own promotional. I have been an AT&T user for over a decade and bought many phones from that store. They just lost me as a customer and my purchase of two brand new iPhones and years of monthly payments. read more

Worst customer service EVER. And I was the only customer in the store (1 departed 2 minutes after I arrived.) Have gone in 3 times to cancel my service with janky AT&T and each time given the run-around. After 30 +/- years with AT&T I am finally done with them (hopefully in the next 24-hours). After I successfully set up Xfinity for my home, including a transfer of my cell service from AT&T to Xifinity, AT&T has done everything possible to prevent me from transferring my cell service. First, it was that my e-mail address changed over those 30 years (duh, who's e-mail address stays the same after all those years, starting back when I had a house phone?). Next, it was that I had to wait 30 days after paying off my device (who knew I even owed anything on it, oh, wait, it was fees they claim were never charged but should have been), next, it was that I need a passcode. After 1st trying to get me to leave and call AT&T ("oh, we don't unlock phones here in the store, you have to do that online, or call in.") she asks for my passcode. She asks because I tell her I have called, come in 3 times, and am unable to get my phone un-locked. Don't have a passcode? Well, the charming (not) Angela advises today that she can change it (did, didn't give it to me though), but oops, still have that pesky mis-match between e-mail addresses so instead of resolving it in their loud music, janky and ghetto store, I need to call AT&T. What? She got on my phone though, changed my passcode, and poked around like any expert thumb-action millennial can, but can't handle business? Granted, I wasn't asking for help with Tiktok, Uber Eats or FB. Also scanned my CA CDL. But can't resolve my business request? Asked her for her last name, she refused to provide. Absolute trash company. Called corporate and made a complaint against good ol' Angela. I'm that much closer now to dumping crappy AT&T and truthfully will live forevermore using a Walmart burner phone than return to them. I celebrated when I rid myself of AT&T home internet and will doubly do so once I'm rid of this tick of a company running my cell service. Good riddance everyone at the AT&T store at Palm & Shaw. I could do all of your jobs with 1 hand tied behind my back, but, as the above notes, I'd rather be unemployed and homeless (apologies to both, as no doubt either could easily do a better job). AT&T, you truly suck and have for AGES. Your employees I have encountered also all suck at their jobs. One star only because Yelp makes you. Don't go in this store!!!! What starts out to be what you think is a positive experience turns out to be a nightmare The person that helped me(Erica) does not know what she's talking about. Most of what she told me was not right then she twists things around and says that I misunderstood! Be aware of the "Bait and Switch" which exactly what happened to me. I WILL RANK THEM NEGATIVE IF I HAD AN OPTION. Had a really bad experience with this location. First they sold me a "blacklisted" phone which means the phone had been reported stolen at one point. For 2 days I went back several times to this location, was told to go to their corporate branch, and spent 4 hours in total talking to the 800 # for them to unsuspend my phone so I can use it. Finally, Crystal who was the sales rep there called the ATT 800 # and was advised to call different numbers, she gave up because at this point its been 2 days since I don't have a working phone (I work in the field sometimes and not having a working phone is a grave inconvenience for me ). They gave me a different phone and was told that because of the inconvenience they will give me a screen protect for free...but what they meant was I am not going to charge you for the 2nd screen protect on the phone that I am giving you as replacement for the blacklisted one that I had sold you couple of days ago. So essentially I didn't get anything for free. I still paid for the screen protect that they installed on the blacklisted phone. It is not the cost but it's the deceit that I felt from them. Our lives are too busy to go through this much trouble. The owner of this branch needs to train his managers and employees better. IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH TRANSACTION GO TO THE CORPORATE BRANCH on Herndon and Blackstone. This Fig Garden branch is just a authorized retailer. read more

Store was completely dead when I walked in. Each employee gave a look like neither wanted to help me. Store manager approached me and was nice at first. I went in for a phone and that's it.
