Update: went again 11/25 and same experience. Cleared slumped in chairs watching TV. Could care less if we were there or not. Quick to tell us they were out of the phone we were looking for.. Immediately left and went to the AT&T store on Preston and 380... WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! They opened the fire for us, store was bright and busy, clerks were ready to help us and answer any questions!! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THE STORE IN 380 just east of 428 in frisco!! HOW DOES THIS STORE STAY OPEN!?!?!? 1/24. I went into this 380/423 months on Jan 2, 2024 as soon as the store opened... I went in to do a trade up for my daughter who is away at school. The 2 kids "working" there didn't seem to want to be there. The kid that "helped me" seemed to be bothered (getting his name tomorrow when I go in) when I asked questions. The kid told me I had to pay off the old phone and when my daughter got her new phone she would only have to take it to an AT&T store near her to have everything transferred and leave it there for them to send in....Nope! I knew that kid was going to screw something up! And he did! HE DID NOT SET UP AS A TRADE! I've spent 3 days trying to contact the store and AT&T directly to figure out why they would not ship it out and now I know why! This store is very unprofessional. I went into this AT&T store to buy an accessory. There were only two employees working and six people waiting. The kiosk for self check out was broke and apparently hasn't been working for many weeks. After waiting over 20 minutes to buy a USB cord, I left Now I remember why I don't buy my phones from AT&T and choose to go to an Apple Store. read more

Really disappointed in the customer service I experienced at this location. My husband and I came here to upgrade both our phones and to see about getting a newer plan. We were met with a rep that told us to "go home and google the first net plan, apply for the first net plan, and then come back without your baby." I was shocked at the disrespect and his unwillingness to help us. We left immediately and went to a different AT&T location and they were able to help us with everything, and so kindly I might add. I will not be returning to this location ever because of the disrespect my family and I received. read more

AT&T can be a bear to navigate at times. Every once in a while you run into someone great and that was the case when we visited and worked with Stephen Kosar (see attached card). By the time we left, my daughter got a new phone and with our trade in there was no additional cost. Then, he found a promotional deal and re got two watches and a newer plan that offset the buy one, get one free Watch deal. Further, when an error was discovered on the account he fixed it for me so I didn't have to visit the store, wait in line, etc. ( hey AT&T, don't lose this guy). This store is a corporate store and have excellent customer service. Alanzo helped us today and he was able to correct an error with our phone bill and an error with our internet fiber. He saved us A LOT of money and was very knowledgeable. I will no longer accept any offers through on-line customer service and go directly to this store since they are honest with what I am really getting. read more

Went in to add a cellular plan for my watch because I could not get a code sent to verify my info using the app. While they were able to add a plan for my watch ($10/month), they took it upon themselves to also add a $17/month insurance plan for my watch! Not cool!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Reithy is rude as hell and a huge asshole. I bought a new iPhone here and asked for help with lining up and placing on my protective screen that I got somewhere else and he outright refused. He violently shook his head no and had a disgusted look on his face like I was a moron for expecting them to help me. I understand that they may not want to help with a product that was purchased elsewhere, but I just bought a $1,000 Iphone and you won't help me in placing a screen protector on it? AT&T Store - Sexist service - Mobile Phones Near Me - Frisco, Texas

I signed up for internet and direct tv stream, and the clerk entered incorrect information on the name of the account and used my wife phone number for the account. I noticed immediately and told them I wanted to cancel. They had my credit card information and I was charged for one months service even though they had never came to my home and set up the internet service. I was told they can not issue refunds. It didn't matter to them that I had never received service. It didn't matter that they had all this incorrect information on the account. Long story short they lie to you and will not do the right thing. This company lacks a moral compass. I will NEVER use ATT again. read more

VERY rude 'greeter'(?) I'm not positive of her role, she took our name, but in general didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She wasn't really dressed appropriately either. Manager also wasn't very 'friendly'' or accommodating. She seemed more interested in getting back behind the counter on her cell phone. Disappointing. Review is for Shawn and the current manager, Matt (or could be Mark.......but I think it's Matt). I went in to see what options they had for me on my bill. I have internet, Direct TV, security, and phones......and a massive monthly bill. Shawn was exceptional. Took time to really help me understand what I have and weighed out the options. I have been putting off coming in to the store but I'm glad I came by. But good, honest info and really considered what was best for me and my situation. Very appreciative of their service and wish ATT as a company could model what these two guys showed in person. This is a horrible location. The manager who just has a name tag "manager" is completely unqualified. He is incompetent and has no customer skills. None of the employees do also. I watched 3 customers come in and the employees got into arguments with each of them. 2 customers walked out as a result. I walked out after an hour of not being able to to get my issue resolved. I bought a "glass" cover for my 11 pro max within the last month. At that time I was told if it cracked or broke, I could easily come back to the ATT store and they would replace it for $8.00. Now here it is just a month later, lots of cracks and I came to get it replaced. They are saying they no longer carry the phone and no longer carry the replacement "glass" cover. They special ordered one to my home. After I receive it, they will put on my phone when I come back to their store. Why do I ever expect anything different from ATT. Take my money, tell me how great a product and service will be and then discontinue it immediately. read more

The store is a corporate store, meaning you can get a lot more service for your buck than a licensed store. But this review is about Jose'. What a terrific representative for the store and for the brand. Most salespeople, especially those in a retail setting, are measured on how many of "x" they can move in a day, week or month. I came in for some information and advice and received ample amounts of both: good info about the plans and promos, terrific analysis of my current plan config, and recommendations about how best to proceed. If you're in the area and in the market, I urge you to stop in and insist on seeing Jose'. You won't be disappointed. In fact, I'm off to upgrade my plan and device right now! read more

Terrible customer service from Maroun. He was very slow, shady, and kind of a jerk. Then we asked if this purchase counted for tax free weekend and he laughed and told us "yeah right, we'd be so busy. You wish though right?" Then laughed and called his manager over saying we had a question for him. And laughing told us "tell him what you just asked me." He just wanted to call his manager over to make fun of us in front of us (to the manager's credit, he was not amused). He also made us verbally give user ID, password, SSN, etc instead of letting us type it in. And to make things worse he asked us several times because he kept forgetting what we said or typing it wrong. We left with new phones but will now be changing our passwords. read more

I went to this location for an iPhone upgrade for my son. Once I got to the sales rep (Ejaz) it was quick and painless. He showed me the iPhone options and specials that AT&T was running I was able to make my choice. Picked out a cover and case for the device and it was over. The iPhone 12 Max Pro I wanted was not in stock but he was able to have it delivered the next day to my home. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to upgrade my phone and had surprisingly good and fast service. I noticed that all patrons entering the store were quickly greeted and helped..clearly this store knows how to schedule staff appropriately for the weekend! I went in to make a change on my account and return a phone and the rep said the system crashed and had to go into the back to get the manager involved. He stayed in the back for over 90 minutes! Didn't communicate anything to me or check on me or let me know what was going on. When I asked another rep to check for me she said that "different computers do different things" which I know is a total lie. After spending 2.5 hours in the store waiting to get resolved what I came in for, they finally came out form the back room and said their system is down and I'd have to come back. I was livid. I understand system issues happen but no one likes being left in the dark for hours. THAT is controllable. read more

Went in to the store to exchange a $100 case for a different color because they didn't have the right color when I got my phone. I was told that when they got the right color in they would exchange it. I haven't even taken it out of the case. Yet they left out one part it has to be within 14 days. They just got them in yesterday and called to let me know they had received them. Couldn't make it in yesterday and today is day 15. They refuse to exchange it. Asst. Manager Joey Huerta is no help. Upon asking to speak with the store manager I am told it will be a minute it has been 20 min and waiting. Stay away! read more
