When I explained that I did not currently have phone access, the staff offered no alternative solution other than to go to another location until I asked to use their phone. I then spent over two hours (2 hours and 13 minutes) on the phone with a Verizon representative while in the store, with very limited assistance from the staff. During my visit, I also observed another customer come in needing help, and the staff appeared to quickly find reasons they could not assist them either. I was later informed that this location is a third-party (indirect) Verizon retailer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend visiting a corporate Verizon store for assistance, as the level of service may differ significantly.

He assured me the solution would cause the upcoming installment, for July 4th, to "drop off." I confirmed multiple times it would be all I would need to do and that no more money would be owed until the following week, when I will have income to be able to pay it. I thought it was resolved. I trusted him. I believed him. Fast forward to today, July 4th, and T-Mobile is trying to process another payment of $54.10. I have 53 cents in my checking account until next week. I called T-Mobile and spoke to yet another offshore representative who just continued to say she understood, and she heard me, and all we needed to do to take care of things was provide a payment of $54.10 today. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she came back on the line and said if that had been an option she would have offered it to me initially but it is not an option. I just need to pay the $54.10. This is so ridiculous, so cringe, and so street thug! WHAT COMPANY conducts business by baiting a long-term customer with the promise of a resolution by getting them to make a small payment only to extort them 3 days later for even more money? Why lie? Does T-Mobile need that $27.05 so badly that they are willing to teach their offshore reps to lie just to get that tiny amount? Seriously? I don't know any other company that does this crap. I assumed I'd be able to get an in-warranty replacement for $9.99 because I purchased the old screen protector at this same store, and they'd have a record of my purchase. NOPE. They need the old screen protector and WILL DO NOTHING AT ALL if you don't have it. Which is crazy, because Zagg offers the same in-warranty replacement through their website without requiring the old product to be sent in. There are several employees at this store, each with a different outlook. Depending on which one is there, you'll get different results, which, of course, sucks. I have been able to get warranty replacements in the past without bringing in my old protector! The employee working on June 9th wouldn't do jack sh*t for me, he even told me to leave a negative review if I wanted! UPDATE: I went back on June 10, 2026, with my broken XTR5 screen protector and they sold me a replacement, and installed it, for $12+tax. Crazy thing is the in-warranty replacement cost is listed as $9.99 almost everywhere, so this store is pretty much just doing whatever they want. When I brought this up, they informed me they are a ZAGG FRANCHISE and don't have to follow the parent company's policies and prices. Which is jacked up. I only am dealing with them because I happen to think Zagg's products are high-quality, even if the store sucks, and I am unable to install the protectors myself due to a medical condition.
