Dustin was very helpful helping my son pick out a new case for the phone he just purchased. He matched him with the perfect case and even gave us a little discount! My wife and I both have our iPhones protected by their screen covers and we had had to replace the cracked protectors few time . In the past we would have been paying for a screen replacement and this has saved my phone at least 3 times. And believe me, we have paid for screen replacements before getting these guys to take care of us. Just had my protector replaced because of a couple cracks when I dropped it twice recently. The replacement cost is $7.00 and it's well worth the expense. Disappointed to see they received a one star Kristoffer because he stated they were closed. Silly to rate them that because it was 8pm. No mention of their service. There has always been 2 to 3 employees and today at 1:30pm on a Sunday, it took me 5 minutes. I know I will be back and receive excellent customers service. Tried this place out to get a screen protector. The guy trying to put it on kept taking forever while the other person working there finished two of them. I was handed my phone with two bubbles in it. Asked them to redo it. The other fast kid did it in 10 seconds. Got my screen protector done on Wednesday. Literally 2 days later the screen cracked. I had my other one from Amazon for a year with no problems. Went to Zagg to see if they would put on a new one for free as it's been less than a week and I never even dropped it. They said no and that it was company policy. I was told they could do a new one for $8. I told them that I was gonna take my business somewhere else if they don't even stand behind their product that cracks after 2 days. read more

Wow...I am at a loss for words. I just spent almost $40 for what is supposedly the best screen protector for my apple watch and this is what my screen looks like less than 1 HOUR after it was put on. I don't leave many reviews on yelp but I think this one is necessary. I have purchased Zagg products for several years and have been very pleased with them. They have a lifetime warranty and I have always returned to this Kiosk for purchasing new and warranty services. This last trip was not very successful and I have noticed this problem in the past, just never left a review about it. I do not know if this is a company owned kiosk or a franchise but they have had an on going problem with staffing and inventory control. I waited in line for almost an hour today, because there was only one person working, only to find out that they were out of the product I needed, and he was not sure when they would get more. This is not how a kiosk stays in business during one of the busiest times of the year. I can understand only one salesperson, but not 10 days before Christmas. The bigger issue is the lack of inventory and no signage stating what they were out of and/or when they might be receiving it. This review would have been higher, if they simply taken the effort to post a list of what they were currently out of, and when it might be in stock. That way I would not have wasted an hour waiting in line only to leave very disappointed. read more

Be expected to wait here a long time if the mall is crowded! Any time I come here, I have to wait 20 minutes just to replace my screen. Sometimes, I'll come specifically when I think it won't be crowded just to get in and out. The product itself is great. I have had the glass screen protector on multiple devices (3 different iPhones & 1 iPad). I think it costs roughly $40 and I usually get the back protector for $20. Each replacement is $8 for one or $10 for both the front and the back. I have the hardest time doing screen protectors on my own, and they do a great job! Sometimes they mess up (air bubbles, not on straight, etc.), but I'll take it back within a week & they'll do it for free. read more

The wait to get anything here is incredibly horrible. They usually have only one person working with a typical line of 5+ people. Took my screen in to get replaced for the 4th time in the past year. Felt I was polite when I asked the worker where he would suggest I send a compliant. The "lifetime warranty" is a bit of a scam since you need to pay $10 each time. Surprisingly, he was very confrontive, telling me I was lucky it didn't break more often. Per the Zagg rep, Zagg covers are known to break any time you drop them, have your keys or other objects touch them, etc. Its one thing to have to have paid more in repair cost than the original price of the screen but unbelievable to have the someone from Zagg argue with me that this was a known feature. read more

The person who helped me was named Daniella, I'm a bit of a perfectionist so when they put on a new protector and it has something under it or it's a bit sideways I ask them to try again, but she put my screen protector on PERFECTLY straight and with no crap stuck under it first try. Just a bunch of cheaters. I got my iPhone XS Max screen protector the day phone came out. The guy promised me that get the temporary xs max screen and will give the new edge to edge screen protector at replacement price and 4 months later when they have the product he says it's upgrade price and it's $43. When I ask what is the actual new price he just lies $66. When my wife went asked new price it's $43. I love the product but one bunch of un professional people at kiosk and who just lie. Hope there is a better product which I can shift. Please send suggestions guys I really want to dump Zagg. read more

So far 3rd time coming into the mall to get a screen installed at the Zagg kiosk over last 3 months (different devices)... all 3 visits during different times of the day... all 3 visits took a minimum of 30-40 minutes just waiting on 4 people in front of me... only 1 employee trying to do their best... Whoever is the manager of this kiosk needs to learn how to hire people, they need to learn their busy hours of business and proper scheduling.... I watched close to 10 people get in line and within 4 minutes walk away.... this kiosk is losing so much business.... who ever is the regional manager/director for this location needs to fire the manager and rehire someone new, that is qualified and capable of understanding basic dynamics of a business... embarrassing! read more

While Zagg is a reputable company, the kiosks are individually owned and operated. This Zagg kiosk is operated by the same owner as the one in Willowbend mall. Don't spend your money with these guys. I have now had two Zagg screen protectors that start bubbling up a few days after they got installed on my iphone X. When I went back to the kiosk, their answer was, there is nothing wrong with the product or the installation, there is something wrong with the phone's battery. I took my phone to Apple and they ran a full diagnostic - nothing came up. When I went back to the Zagg kiosk, their response was, we can replace the screen protector for $8. My response was if the phone has nothing wrong, I have not dropped or cracked the protector and you are saying there is nothing wrong with Zagg's product or installation, then a) why did it bubble up and b) now that you can clearly see it, why wouldn't you stand by the product and replace it (given its only been a couple of months). The only response from the area manager (supposedly) was that you can pay us $8 and we'll replace it. I called up Zagg, and they are now sending me a new protector for free. So clearly Zagg stood by their product, but the owners of this kiosk did not. Definitely buy Zagg, just not from these guys - they clearly don't care or deserve to represent the company. read more

Well, I ordered a replacement screen and it did not arrive after nearly a month, despite tracking it and seeing that it was sent, and was somewhere at the sorting facility at the post office. This is not the first time that this has happened with the post office. I called Zagg customer service after trying and failing to get in touch with anyone at the post office. The helpful representative that spoke to me was very understanding, I did not get accused of lying, and rather than claiming that they were not responsible because they had sent it out as they promised, he took responsibility for the loss, and immediately without question went ahead and replaced the lost glass shield I have yet to receive. Not only that, but he told me not to worry about returning the broken shield, and if I did finally receive the other one that was sent out, I can "keep it for a rainy day". God bless ZAGG, I am more than happy with, and grateful for, their service. read more

Do not use the Zagg location in Stonebriar mall!!! I have bought their screen protectors for 4 different iPhones a couple different times. We have also had them replaced for 7.00 warranty. I just went with 2 phones and they insisted on telling me that my 7 plus protector was not theirs. I know for a fact they are the ones that put it on my phone. One of my friends said the same thing happened to her! This store is a scam they will put a bogus protector on your phone and then say it's not theirs!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have been going to Zagg for years now for my phone screen protectors. I had the iPhone XS and just got the new IPhone 11 Pro. The screen is literally the same screen, but because it's a new model Zagg is charging another $50-something for a whole new screen protector. This is the biggest scam if I ever saw one. Paying for the same product ALL OVER AGAIN!? I have been a loyal Zagg customer for years. If you have the new phone buy a screen cover somewhere else, Zagg is clearly hurting for money or they wouldn't be charging returning customers for the same product. The lady even mentioned people have been fired for going ahead and doing this. FIRED!? Zagg really needs to reevaluate their service model. Really disappointing. read more

I just left this kiosk WITHOUT a screen protector. I waited in line for 45 minutes just to get a replacement. There was ONE person working on a HOLIDAY. When I asked him about it, he was rude and dismissive, saying, 'I don't make the schedule. You just need to wait.' I'm sorry - I work a full time job and my time is NOT disposable. This dismissive attitude is disgraceful. I would rather pay more to get service in five minutes at the AT&T store a few feet away. read more

#1 They don't open at 10. They open at 11, but they have not adjusted the hours on google. Also, who knows when the repair tech will be there. I went to the kiosk 4 different times to get my screen replaced. On the second trip, I called to confirm their hours and it was done in 40 minutes. There were a fair amount of people at the kiosk that time, so I was fine waiting that long. But when I got home, my phone was not usable. I missed important work calls the following morning and went back at 11. The repair tech was not there by 11:15 and I had to get back to work. So I returned for the 4th time and waited an hour for them to fix the mistake that was made the day before. The employees at the kiosk were friendly though. Would have give 1 star if it wasn't for them. No offer was made to compensate me for the nearly 2 hours total I spent waiting for them though. 10/10 won't be back though. Employee very rude an unable to admit his error. After having to get my phone replaced at the Apple store, went to exchange my Zagg. Paid the $8 then went to get my kids. Finally got the phone out an hour later to turn it on and get it set up...shield has a crack. Called the guy and he acted like I was never there...please, he didn't get that many people to forget a customer from an hour ago. This place stole our money. They put the wrong fitting screen cover on my phone, which I didnt notice because he applied it as I was paying. As I was paying he leaned over to tell me because of the type of phone I have he cant get all the bubbles out. This is a lie, I have had screen covers been put on before totally fine a few years ago. This phone is brand new, the exact same phone, so not an excuse. The next day, noticing that the screen cover doesnt fit my phone, I hope for the best, especially after spending $65. Out of nowhere, not having dropped it or hit it against anything, simply keeping it in the back pocket of my purse in the phone holder with nothing else in there, it has shattered. This company does not try to work with customers, if they do not have the correct cover arent willing to lose the sale and they choose to give you the incorrect one, and then due to this it breaks for no reason because the edges do not match.
