    Cracked screen

    Tried this place out to get a screen protector. The guy trying to put it on kept taking forever while the other person working there finished two of them. I was handed my phone with two bubbles in it. Asked them to redo it. The other fast kid did it in 10 seconds. Got my screen protector done on Wednesday. Literally 2 days later the screen cracked. I had my other one from Amazon for a year with no problems. Went to Zagg to see if they would put on a new one for free as it's been less than a week and I never even dropped it. They said no and that it was company policy. I was told they could do a new one for $8. I told them that I was gonna take my business somewhere else if they don't even stand behind their product that cracks after 2 days.

    BAD SCREEN PROTECTORS

    Wow...I am at a loss for words. I just spent almost $40 for what is supposedly the best screen protector for my apple watch and this is what my screen looks like less than 1 HOUR after it was put on. I plan on going first thing tomorrow morning to get a refund or get them to put another one on. Do better.

    So far 3rd time coming into the mall to get a screen installed at the Zagg kiosk over last 3 months (different devices)... all 3 visits during different times of the day... all 3 visits took a minimum of 30-40 minutes just waiting on 4 people in front of me... only 1 employee trying to do their best... Whoever is the manager of this kiosk needs to learn how to hire people, they need to learn their busy hours of business and proper scheduling.... I watched close to 10 people get in line and within 4 minutes walk away.... this kiosk is losing so much business.... who ever is the regional manager/director for this location needs to fire the manager and rehire someone new, that is qualified and capable of understanding basic dynamics of a business... embarrassing!

    Came by and no one on site at all at 8pm. No point in having a kiosks if you don't have anyone there. Guess the initial review was spot on.

    Definitely do not recommend…read more They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.
