My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. Disappointing Experience with Poor Service…read more In August 2024, I brought my iPad in for a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the new battery failed to perform as expected, depleting within an hour. I contacted the company in December and returned to them in January--well within the warranty period. At that time, Juan assured me the issue was resolved and advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring the device back. Regrettably, the iPad continued to behave as if it still had its original battery, draining quickly even with notifications turned off and no apps running. When I called today to inform Juan of my decision to return the device, he refused to take responsibility for the defective battery and declined to honor the warranty. Instead, he insisted that I pay for another battery replacement. Given that this is the second time I have received a defective battery, I find it unacceptable that the company expects me to pay again for a product they provided despite knowing it was faulty. I am extremely disappointed with their service and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their business. If it were possible, I would rate this experience a -10.

But most recently, we got a bad bunch of 2032's, Batteries+ brand, and when we tried to return them, they said in their computer that we had not purchased anything from them in 18 months, which is not the case at all. The person we dealt with didn't care about customer satisfaction at all. We will probably try a different location, but not return to this one!
