Do not go to this AT&T store they are incompetent they will up charge you an if you have a problem they will not help you resolve it after they get paid they dont care about you no more they are highly incompetent and not trustworthy save your time, a headache an money an go to the one in Hendersonville that is an actual corporate store this is like a pop up shop not an actual corporate store they cant help you with anything the AT&T in Hendersonville is great they are very friendly very helpful and get your problems resolved with no hassle or issues at all but this store is the complete opposite please avoid going to this store if possible!! read more

My phone had a small problem and I took it into this store and not only could they not fix it but they actually made it to where I could no longer connect to my cellular data PERIOD. I had to drive to Hendersonville to get it fixed and they were able to fix it in minutes. read more

Took in iphone today to activate and have data transfered to a new device. The employee transferred the data from their system instead of from icloud with the icloud password sign in. Now the new phone will not take the icloud password OR my email. I can't use any of my apps. The employees either aren't trained well or aren't too bright. Now the phone has to be taken to the Apple store to be reset. Apple can't even reset it over the phone - where I just spent the last 2 hours.Go to the Hendersonville store instead - maybe you'll get more knowledgeable employees. read more

I just lost 100 bucks because of this stores selfish ambition. When I went in to have it addressed the manager basically said- "Too bad". We just moved to this area. I needed to sign up for internet and wanted to get prices for bundling my phone service. since I could not find all info online I unfortunately went into this store. There was a 100 gift card if I signed up online so was planning to go back home after I got info but the guy at the store said he could run that order through and put in a code (that I later learned did not exist) so I would get the gift card sent in the mail. Wrong. He got credit for the store signing me up for internet. After calling At and T and having them tell me that the stores are not authorized to make that offer I went back to the store and talked with manager. He basically said, "yeah, he lied, that is too bad." I have never left a negative review. But I wish I had known what a scam walking into that AT&T store was and hope it will help others. It is one thing to have an employee misrepresent Something, but to turn around and not have the manager at least make an attempt to resolve or compensate for the purposed action that cost me 100 bucks is equally inappropriate, especially when they scammed me in order to profit themselves. read more

Sadly, I did not get the name of the customer service gal who was there to "help". I just remember that she was wearing a gross amount of makeup and was both dismissive and rude. I will not return to this location and I will advise others to go elsewhere. How hard is it to be nice? Lots of places hiring nearby which do not require customer service ability. read more

This AT&T store is without a doubt one of the most conniving stores I've ever done business with. It started with a trade in for a phone that was valued at $800 dollars however there local assessment valued the phone at $300. That's all fine and dandy however they neglected to state that the phone had full coverage warranty that was clearly shown while looking at the account and specifically looking at that phone on the AT&T app. Needless to say my wife didn't realize this as she didn't have the app nor did she have access to the app because it's something I typically do. And because I'm maybe to trusting and don't expect businesses to operate in that manner wouldn't think I would need to protect myself or my wife from such maliciousness. Guess I was wrong. I went in to put my girlfriend on my plan and remove an iPad line that I wasn't using. I delt with the manager and she was friendly but I was soon to find out why. Unfortunately she failed to tell us about basically any options that we could have used. I literally had to tell her what was on the website about pricing and options. Long story short, I was going to upgrade my phone when I purchased my girlfriends phone but they didn't have what I wanted. AT&T is running a special that gives incentive to buy two phones which we had full intention of doing, but since the lack of options I waited which I found out at a real AT&T's store today costed me a $400 discount on my phone. I had unlimited data with a hotspot, along with Direct TV Now originally and wanted my girlfriends plan to have it too. The manager said "well we don't offer that anymore". Today I find out they do and I got screwed. She never told me the price of the new line and what the monthly bill would be. When I asked she said $160, on my visit today to a corporate store (5 days later) I found out it's $260. Oh by the way SHE NEVER TOOK THE IPAD OFF THE PLAN! I specifically asked her that several times and she said she had taken it off. Now if I want the discount for the second phone purchase, I would have to take my girlfriends phone back, return it, get a refund, get a new number, and sign up again. What a joke. I am not surprised though. Never go to a small privately owned AT&T store and expect not to get screwed over. Thanks a lot. She said as we were leaving "make sure you give me a five star review!".
