This location is apparently referred to as "corporate" but is doing everything to chase existing customers away. If you are not looking to add a line, don't come here, they have no phones in stock if you're only looking to upgrade.

In April 2025, I went to the store to upgrade four iPhone 12 minis to new iPhones. I specifically showed our salesperson, Brandon, the phones we were trading in, and he clearly stated that the quoted promotional pricing would apply to the devices we brought in. He told us we would pay $0/month for each iPhone 16 and $5.99/month for each iPhone 16 Pro under the trade-in program. We trusted him and made our purchasing decisions based on that information. However, when the first bill arrived, the pricing was much higher than quoted. It was only after we returned to the store to trade in our old phones that we were told the offer was not valid for iPhone 12 minis - only the iPhone 12 - something Brandon never disclosed at the time of sale, despite being shown the phones directly. This amounts to a $2,000 discrepancy over the life of the contract. When we raised the issue, Brandon denied the miscommunication, and the store manager, Tyrone, defended him without seriously engaging with our concerns. They essentially shrugged off a serious breach of trust. We're have since returned the phones and switched negative our service to a competitor. I've never written a public review before, but I felt this one was necessary. If you value transparent communication and honest pricing, be extremely cautious at this location.

We had a great salesman, Matt, who took great care of our phones and his service was superb! We got a few freebies and love the insulated market bags he gave us! This store is clean, we never waited, and even after our sale, we continued to have excellent customer support! T-mobile is T-rrific!!

First experience with T-Mobile was a frustrating one. Customer Care insists no, they need to start all over with a new order. We get to part where they say pay the tax and activation and we say no, we did that on the first order, not paying again. They can't figure out what to do and can't seem to grasp that we have set up the account, we just need the phone updated to a shipping order vs store pickup. We finally convince them to call the store themselves...the store says to them 'our bad, we have the phone after all'. We finally picked up the phone, and now we're on day 2 of trying to transfer the number because between Verizon and T-Mobile, their processes are best described as a total cluster###k. One thing to me aware of...if you're a new customer not yet completely set up, every person you interact with will try to get you to start all over because each associate wants to get credit for the sale. In addition to the above interactions with phone and store associates, we used online chat and asked a simple question and got 'fill out this form' replies, and they were just forms to start the account setup process all over again. Associates seem laser-focused on having you waste more of your time so they can get credit for your account.
