This is not against the store, but the company. My service was suspended due to being advised to pay the incorrect amount, and now the company is telling me I need to pay the current amount as well as the amount no one advised me to pay in order to get it restored. Even though the account manager says he can see the amount their representative told me to pay was incorrect, and their company ap also advised me to pay this amount. I escalated up to a manager, Alan, who advised me that AT&T had no other higher point of complaint than him and refused to do anything to correct what essentially was their error. Please beware of paying you bill going by what is quoted on the ap, or what their untrained agents disclose. read more

Horrible store. I paid for data to be added to my prepaid data account. They charged me but couldn't get the data credited to my account properly after 3 hours of trying. They refused to refund me the money. I will continue to pursue the refund through other methods. read more

My friend added a phone to her current account and the rep didn't add the phone correctly to her account. Leaving her with a $400 bill. We went to the store on Mechanicsville and Ms.Casina(however you spell that) was so lazy and didn't wanna help her. After explaining to her about the bill she didn't even look at her account on the computer. She viewed the bill on my friends phone and was RUDE. My friend was frustrated that she wasn't being helped and expressed that to her. Casina told my friend she needs to go back to the store that added the phone to her account to fix her bill. She even had the nerve to tell my friend not to come back to the store! WTH!! I never heard of someone being a paying customer and being told to not come back to a store were they pay a monthly bill at. Im glad I'm not an AT&T customer!! Back in November my family and I went into this location and Barbara was the most helpful person we had encountered all day. My husband's phone was stolen the night before and we had a hard time finding an affordable option for replacement. She took the time to listen to our whole story and asked how the other phones were handled along with the internet. Showing demos on her own phone and features only offered with them and things she personally use she made us feel very comfortable. We ended up with new internet and two new phones for about the same as we were paying with all separate plans. The internet works 100x better than what we had before and have features that keep all members of our family connected and no more dropped calls and failed messages. Thanks Barbara! read more

Very positive experience. Everyone was nice and professional and not pushy. I oversee our corporate account and had to do several changes and they helped save me a lot of money.
