Seems like custimer service should privide help for free since I just brought over 5 devices. I only needed help with 1 phone. This the reason we left Verizon, they have so many hidden charges and it all adds up. Do not recommend because their customer service is not there. There was an employee there that said T mobile charges for transferring data too. No, we've never been charged, T Moblie has always been very nice and helpful all for free. The reason we wanted to switch was to see if coverage would be better and that hasn't been the case. Coverage has been exactly the same.

I called the 800 customer service number yesterday. The agent told me to delete the SIM cards. When I did that, I had no service for almost 16 hours. Luckily, I had a seasoned employee, Jackson, who saw the problem and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Jackson is a tremendous value to Xfinity. I would rate him a 12 in personal service and 100% in knowledge. Thank you, Jackson.

It was supposedly ordered and was to be in within two or three days. It's been over a week, and the texts and messages left at the phone number the CSR, Mick, gave us apparently just goes into the ether, because he hasn't bothered to respond. At all. The last time we bought an iPhone at this location, the salesguy who sold it to us screwed up the transfer/download of the old phone's data so badly it took the geniuses at Apple two days to figure out what he did wrong and correct it all.
