I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!

I have had to call and be told different things by different people in their customer service department 3 times since the initial phone call. This is my phone that I paid cash for. It was not financed thru Boost. It is mine and I should be able to do what I want with my property. If this is how Boost treats their past customers, why would I ever go back and use their company. I have no problems with the Boost store on Division Ave, I have a problem with their entire company.

My wife went in first and was told they couldn't help her at all. When my phone finally arrived (after waiting weeks), I realized I had ordered the wrong model. I came into the store ready to pay the difference and resolve it immediately. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because the order was placed online. No attempt to help, no alternatives offered--just a flat refusal. That level of service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I was honestly so frustrated after this interaction that I seriously considered closing my account and switching to T-Mobile on the spot. I ended up going to another location, AT&T Store, where the team actually took the time to help and found a solution immediately. The difference between these two stores was night and day. Beltline showed no initiative or willingness to assist, while Cascade delivered the level of service you would expect. If you need real help, skip Beltline and go to Cascade.
