I had a very frustrating experience at the AT&T Store location. After ordering two new phones online, I came in expecting support with a process AT&T advertises--handling trade-ins and helping with exchanges. My wife went in first and was told they couldn't help her at all. When my phone finally arrived (after waiting weeks), I realized I had ordered the wrong model. I came into the store ready to pay the difference and resolve it immediately. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because the order was placed online. No attempt to help, no alternatives offered--just a flat refusal. That level of service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I was honestly so frustrated after this interaction that I seriously considered closing my account and switching to T-Mobile on the spot. I ended up going to another location, AT&T Store, where the team actually took the time to help and found a solution immediately. The difference between these two stores was night and day. Beltline showed no initiative or willingness to assist, while Cascade delivered the level of service you would expect. If you need real help, skip Beltline and go to Cascade. read more

Jaden at AT&T was a wonderful service representative and quickly outlined the options in a very clear manner. He seemed knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was warm-hearted. He deserves a promotion. We left with new phones and growing regard for AT&T. read more

Don't trust the employees in this store. I signed up for new service, and I was looking a specific TV channel for my children. I was told I could get a particular TV channel at one service level for $90 a month. I said great, let's go for it. I had everything installed, and lo and behold, I don't have that specific channel. I call, and the employee that helped me originally said "oh, well we were using an outdated channel guide." And now magically that channel I want is only in a package that's an extra $20 every single month. Talk about agreeing to a term of service under false pretenses! This has soured me on ever using an AT&T store ever again. Avoid the stores at all costs and whatever you do, don't trust what the employees tell you! read more

I needed to take my son off my account and he was going to set up his own account. My son is a United States Marine and was home on leave so we have an urgent need to get this taken care of. The sales rep didn't exude any effort to help my son determine what was the best service for him or talk with him about an upgraded phone. He asked my son what service he wanted. How would my son know, seems like good service would be "let me explain your options and determine what best suits your needs". My son currently has an Apple iPhone 7+. Then the sales rep removed the wrong phone number so we have to wait 48 hours and go back to have my son's phone set up on his own account. I will be going to a different AT&T store. Very disappointing experience. I have always had a great experience in an AT&T store until this visit. read more

Overall I had a very poor experience here. I had preordered a new phone and was simply going in to pick it up, trade in the old phone, and transfer contacts. I worked with a total of 4 associates over the course of 2.5 hours and none of them seemed interested or fully capable of helping me. After waiting 2 hours for my contacts and photos to transfer, I took my losses and only ended up getting 1/4 of my contacts and phones. And it was very clear that the associates didn't care! I thought ordering online would make the situation easier....unfortunately no. A very painful experience. read more

I would have given them a 1 if it wasn't for the fact that the manager was kind of nice. I walked in today needed my company phone unlocked. When I walked in 4 of the Associates were playing with a drone, which was fine because they clearly weren't busy- but I certainly felt a sense that I may have interrupted their fun time. The Manager approached and asked me how he could assist me. When I told him my need to have my phone unlocked he said ok, walked me to the front desk where he promptly handed me a card. He informed me that I was to visit this website, complete a form, and that my phone should be unlocked in 24-48hrs. When I expressed the need for quick service and asked if there was anyone I could call instead he said no, this was my only option. I told him the I was considering switching 2 line from Verizon, but that was of no interest to him. The funny thing is I had just come from the Verizon store getting pricing information and trying to decide which company to continue my service with. The guy at Verizon (Julius) said "we aren't trying to be the cheapest, we pride ourselves on superior customer service and reliable service". Well, apparently he is right. Keep having issues with AT&T now. Service has gone down even more and they aren't being cooperative on the phone to resolve these issues.
