Well a few days later it's being a bit weird so he went in and instead of Amber fixing the issue she takes advantage and sells him a phone and a case and one of those tempered glass things lead him to believe the phone doesn't come with a charger and sells him that too also sells him a protection plan on a freakin $100 phone. I'm sorry but this is a real shame that someone would take advantage of an older man that doesn't understand technology. I went in and returned everything and she wouldn't refund the activation fee. I also told her to cancel that protection plan and she didn't so now I'm on the phone with customer care. I told her during that time to call her manager and she did and no answer. I said call back she said well it's his day off so he's not going to answer. Glad to know when he's off the store doesn't exist what kind of manager is that.

Everyone at the store is very knowledgeable and we appreciate their ability to sort out challenges as we have a bill which incorporates various different phone lines. My only caution is that often times they suggest things which do not apply for every type of phone plan. So whenever you are given options make sure to check that the options fit with your current phone plan or include any needed upgrades. Otherwise we've always had quick and professional service at this location and will continue to return for all of our phone needs.

Tavis shows up at your home about 10-15 minutes behind the technician and is extremely dishonest and non responsive when we tried to reach him on the cell number he provided. If his lips are moving, he's lying. There are charges on our bill that we didn't discuss or agree to because of Tavis. Customer service isn't any better. They are programmed to not listen and try to sell more services during the entire phone call conversation. We called to dispute and question non agreed charges showing up on our bill. Customer service has a two word phrase ( I'm sorry) that they use during the entire phone call. NOTHING get's resolved as a result of the poor customer service and a company that has no morals or good values. This starts at the top of the food chain, otherwise there would be some type of resolution. I'm a believer that they are instructed to lie, cheat, and steel and not care what so ever about their reputation.

I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

They called and left a voicemail letting me know that was not repairable. While being told that news was frustrating, the main issue is what happened next. After returning from a vacation, I went to pick up the device, I was told they had already gotten rid of it - without ever asking for my permission. This was only a couple of weeks after drop-off. The Joy-Cons were still fully functional, and many other components of the device were intact, that could have been salvaged. Regardless of how a repair turns out, this shop has no right to get rid of a customer's belongings without clear consent. I was never asked, never notified, and given no opportunity to retrieve what was still valuable to my wife. I paid for a diagnostic, not for my belongings to be taken and sold for their recycling parts, for the shop's benefit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their electronics being treated with basic respect.
