3 times in the past month I have attempted to go into the store, only to find the doors locked during the business hours posted on the door. Last Saturday I arrived at 10am & waited 45 minutes, along with 4 other customers, waiting for someone to show up, open the store & help us. I sincerely hope the employee(s) are not paid by the hour because they don't deserve anything other than straight commission. As a result of this EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, I have to drived more than 120 miles round trip to get help with my new phone, at the Viktra store in Twin Falls. The service between these two stores is like night & day & its hard to believe they are the same company. read more

Stopped in this week and there were no customers in store, young man was sitting at the table with his feet up on a chair. He never moved the whole 4-5 minutes I was in the store speaking with him. As I walked away I stopped and went back to him and said kindly "I would never buy anything from him. If he couldn't find it necessary to get up I certainly wouldn't buy in that store. read more

I came two weeks ago to cancel a phone on my account because the phone wasn't being used. and a employee told me to come when I wanted to cancel my phone. I came in today to cancel the phone and a different employee told me they couldn't cancel phones at the Verizon in Hailey and that I would have to go to or call the Verizon in twin falls. I explained that another employee said I could cancel a phone here, he rolled his eyes and said that he is the only person who works there and that he couldn't do anything about the phone. As the previous reviewer wrote, I too, enjoyed the service in this store when it really was a Verizon, not a third party owned business. I had trouble downloading music from Google Play Music to the new YouTube site. Numerous tries, no luck. I stopped in for assistance, the young man gave me a sticky note w/ #8899, told me to call them and they would assist me. I called the number, spent an hour w/ a Verizon rep who walked me through various scenarios. Finally, thanks to her help, the issue was identified--I needed a new SIM card. Back down to the store. The same young man was playing on his phone. I asked him for a new SIM card. He said he would wave the $10.00 price. I told him the Verizon rep stated to me twice they were free. He said no, but handed it to me anyway. I asked him to please install it for me. He did, I left. An hour later, attempting to make phone calls, I was re-rerouted to a Verizon system that said it would allow me to make collect calls. Huh?? I called the #8899 again, and spoke to young man named Brody. I went to settings and read two sets of SIM numbers to him. Brody told me the Sim card had not been activated. Without a second phone, I would have to return to the store. I did. Fourth in line. The Feeble Fellow was helping a woman and arguing with a Verizon customer service person over her password. He stated "I know my business", and I snapped back, no you don't you didn't activate my SIM card! I was then being helped by the other, far more competent young man. Feeble Fellow walked up and stated, "You didn't ask me to activate it". Wouldn't that kind of be a given as without activation the phone cannot be used? His excuse? Lot's of people use SIM cards for other devices. Swell, but I asked you to put it in my phone as I was having problems. We got into it; he told me to leave, he was calling the police. The other young man worked quietly to activate my phone. He succeeded. I will never, ever walk into that store again. I thought Feeble Fellow was the new owner's son until I realized Go Wireless is a large company based in Las Vegas. Should anyone need help, seek the taller young man and avoid the short young man with earrings and a nightmare attitude. read more

Customer service level 0. Store is dirty everywhere you look. Typical to wait an hour even to be greeted. If despair had a storefront, this is it. Hope I never have to set foot in this place again. read more

I have absolutely loved this store for years, until my experience today. I walked in on 4 staff members passing their marijuana pipe around in their back area in plain view of the customers. Putting that aside, no one was willing to assist me or answer my questions about an upgrade. The gentleman working with me came up with every excuse in the book to not sell me a phone. It was apparent that I was not welcome and business wasn't either by his attitude and eye rolling, along with his 3 other staff members. Very disappointing. So much so that I walked next door to AT&T and switched my service right then and there. Hopefully upper management can regain control of this store. read more
